   Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent.    Extremely disappointed with the service from this estate agency. From the start, it was clear they only care about pushing through a quick sale rather than actually understanding what I need. They pressured me to fit their timescale with zero consideration for my personal circumstances or capacity to move at that pace.<br><br>There was also no attempt to understand what I’m looking for in my next property. I specifically need a 3-4 bed detached house, and despite telling the agent this, I kept receiving listings for 2 bed semis instead from the ‘agent’ Mandip Nagra. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my requirements.<br><br>On top of that, when I asked to rearrange a photography session for my house, Mandip was genuinely rude to me about it, saying that I was making the estate agent lose money. He spoke to me in a condescending tone stating ‘you do know that this isn’t the first time you’ve tried to rearrange the photography session, right?’ That interaction was the final straw of why I decided to pull out of the sale entirely. If a basic conversation about rearranging a booking turns into rudeness, it doesn’t inspire any confidence in how the rest of the process would be handled.<br><br>Overall, this experience has left me feeling like a number rather than a client. I’d expect basic listening skills and courtesy as standard, and this agency failed on both counts. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want an agent who actually takes your needs into account. I really hope the manager, Steve, will speak to Mandip regarding my complaint about his attitude as this will continue to push customers away if it is not corrected.... Read more

   ? 1 Star – I Would Not Recommend This Estate Agency<br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this estate agency to think twice. My experience from moving in to moving out has been extremely disappointing.<br>When I first moved into Aylestone Road the property, was in a terrible condition. The flooring was coming up, door handles were broken, the carpets were brown and had a foul smell, and there were cracks in the walls. I even had to spend my own money removing a sofa and wardrobe that had been left in the property, as well as painting and improving the flat myself just to make it feel presentable and liveable.<br>After I had put my own time and money into improving the property, I later asked to add my partner to the tenancy and the agency then attempted to increase the rent, despite the fact that I was the one who had paid towards improving the condition of the flat.<br>Repairs were another issue. Whenever something needed fixing, I experienced long delays, including waiting over two weeks for repairs to be dealt with.<br>The most frustrating part has been moving out. After the condition the property was originally given to me in, the agency is now attempting to make deductions from my deposit for issues I do not believe I am responsible for, including cleaning and what I consider to be normal wear and tear. They have also claimed that charges are required for professional cleaning, despite the fact that we left the property considerably cleaner than when we received them.<br>It is extremely frustrating to improve a property at your own expense, leave it in a better condition than you received it, and then still be faced with attempts to deduct money from your deposit for cleaning and other issues.<br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency. Take plenty of dated photographs and videos of absolutely everything when moving into one of their properties and keep records of all communication, repairs and money you spend on the property.<br>Do not assume your deposit will be straightforward to get back.
