10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I would like to say thank you to Sara and her team for such efficient service during the sale of a property from a deceased estate.<br>Sara is passionate about property and very personable. Her team are equally dedicated and professional.<br><br>Google will not allow me to write a second review for Nest, despite me using them again recently. I would like to say that Sara and her team gave us equally superb service and attention to detail during the sale of my Mother's bungalow in Broughton Astley. Selling the homes of both my mother and my mother in law in less than six months has been a difficult time for our family, but Sara and team helped the transaction to go through with as little trouble as possible. They are dependable, answer queries quickly and keep the lines of communication open at all times. Do consider using Nest as they are a great team and won't let you down - transparent, honest and don't make false promises, just what you need when selling a home.

Our house moving experience wasn’t the smoothest due to terrible solicitor practise however, Shanaya went above and beyond to ensure we secured our new property. She even took the time to check in on us to see if there was anything we needed and we felt cared for during the process and nothing was ever too much to ask.<br>Thanks again Shanaya!

We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.- 26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I can’t recommend Sue Green and the team at Adams & Jones highly enough. After three months on the market with another agent and no progress, I was starting to feel really disheartened. Sue came in like a whirlwind and had it done and dusted within a few weeks. From the very first meeting she gave me complete confidence that she’d get the job done and she absolutely did. She’s incredibly professional, her advice was spot on at every stage, and she simply knows how to sell. No fuss, no false promises, just results. The whole team was first class. They have been so responsive and always quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. We really appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the marketing and application process and took the time to explain everything clearly. As overseas landlords, it gives us such peace of mind knowing our property is in good hands and being looked after by such a reliable and professional team. We honestly couldn’t be happier with their service and would give them 10 stars if we could! We highly recommend their services and are very happy to have them managing our property.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Both times they were excellent.<br><br>Megi and Glen were my main points of contact, but honestly, everyone I dealt with in the team was the same: knowledgeable, straight with me, and genuinely invested in getting the right outcome rather than just the quick one. They know the local market properly and they're well connected across the industry.<br><br>That mattered, because my sale had its fair share of challenges. There were points where things got complicated and progress stalled, and at every one of them Focus kept me informed, chased what needed chasing, and never left me guessing where things stood. Communication was consistent throughout.<br><br>Buying, selling or renting is a big deal, financially and emotionally, and a lot of it comes down to whether you trust the people acting for you. From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
