Whenever you have a complaint they direct you to maintence and you submit a request and won’t hear about it for weeks and months. They don’t care if it’s a problem that is affecting your daily life. They will not follow up, respond to emails, or be of help when you go into their office.

During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none
