Steve, Gina, Debs, Julie, Lily, Janine, Nicola and Sue are all a real credit to the business. They’re always polite, supportive, approachable and, most importantly, they get things done. What I particularly value is the balanced way they manage properties. While they provide excellent support to landlords, they also work hard to make sure tenants are treated fairly, kept informed and supported when issues arise. If there is a maintenance problem or any other concern, the team communicate well, work with everyone involved and do their best to find a sensible and timely resolution. That balance between looking after the property, supporting the landlord and doing the right thing by the tenant is really important. Communication is excellent across multiple platforms, and I’ve always found the team responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. After more than 20 years of working with Select Property Management, I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A brilliant team, a professional service and a company that clearly cares about both landlords and tenants. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for both landlords and tenants. 5 stars!

We do not live locally and they made it incredibly smooth and easy and kept us updated with progress throughout. They gave us advise on suitable tenants using thier experience, which was much appreciated. It was a pleasure to deal with them….five star service.

He somehow managed to remain calm when I got frustrated with hiccups in the process lower in the chain.<br>Whenever we phoned, it didn't matter which member of the team we spoke to, they were always so helpful and did their best to answer our questions.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

They paid close attention to detail going above and beyond, sometimes out of office hours in helping us find a new home for our family. Their professionalism and local experience made a stressful process very easy. I can never recommend them enough, the service was exceptionally good. Thank you ????????????

I found this organization to very professional and my daughter feels very lucky to have them as the people looking after her flat as she won’t be frightened to approach them with any confirms going forward !!

6th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I wanted to do my own viewings, and Purple Bricks were bar far the best value for money. They put our board up within a day, and took our photos and did the EPC certificate within 3 days. A week after we decided to sell it was advertised on Zoopla and Right Move. Viewings were managed through the portal very simply. They requested feedback from every viewing. When we had an offer it was so easy to negotiate through the portal. After we accepted the offer they put the sold sign up next day, produced the memorandum of sale within 2 days and amended the zoopla and rightmove status. They are superb compared to the agent we are buying our house off who still havnt marked as sold a week after having our offer accepted. I would recommend purple bricks without hesitation.

9th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.
