From the initial call with Robyn (so kind and sensitive to the situation), to the valuation with Mark and the ongoing support from Lesley, everyone was amazing. I was really pleased with her professionalism and help she gave me.<br>I've been letting the flat out with R&G over the past 20 years and have found the staff (Linda and Carolyn)professional and helpful during that time.<br>I must also mention Niamh and Maria for their help with legal matters.

15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I own a small flat which is let, and Diane has managed this for a number of years (since before Robinson Moore and CODA merged). If ever there's a problem, she's quick to get in touch to let me know. In some cases a contractor requires to attend and Diane arranges this and any follow up on my behalf. She also keeps on top of the legislation surrounding lets and makes sure the various certifications required are up to date. Obviously there's a cost associated with this level of management, but I live at some distance from the property and knowing that she's there gives me good peace of mind.

I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.
