They did a fantastic job selling my house and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Diane Kerr, who was always there to deal with everything and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Diane was extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and I really appreciated all her hard work and support.<br><br>I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend McEwan Fraser Legal, especially Diane, to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Thank you so much for everything! ?????

We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the initial call with Robyn (so kind and sensitive to the situation), to the valuation with Mark and the ongoing support from Lesley, everyone was amazing. You made a tough time so much easier - can't thank you enough.

From start to finish, Karen was nothing short of exceptional—professional, dedicated, and consistently positive, even during the most challenging moments of the process. What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Siobhan Cox, the Bearsden office director, for her professionalism and leadership. Her support and oversight clearly reflect the high standards of the team, and it was reassuring to know such experienced guidance was behind the process. 6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this estate agency.<br><br>I placed an offer on a property through my solicitor, but I received no acknowledgement from the estate agency that my offer had been received.<br><br>Following my review on Facebook, the estate agent contacted me to explain what had happened and acknowledged that there had been some failings. I appreciated them taking the time to discuss the matter and agreed that my original review had been somewhat harsh. I said I would amend the review accordingly.<br><br>Unfortunately, I have since been blocked from the Facebook page, meaning I am unable to edit the original review.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would still have some reservations about using this estate agent, particularly regarding communication. However, I do appreciate that they took the time to contact me and address my concerns.<br><br>Update - Also disappointed with slightly condescending ChatGPT reply to this review.

19th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I genuinely cannot recommend Wrights of Campsie highly enough.<br><br>My selling journey was far from straightforward. My first sale unfortunately fell through at a very late stage, which was incredibly stressful, but throughout the entire process the team were exceptional. They went above and beyond at every stage — keeping me informed, offering reassurance when I needed it, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel that they were genuinely invested in getting me to the finish line.<br><br>When my first sale fell through, they immediately picked everything back up and worked incredibly hard to get my property back on the market (within a day!) and under offer (two days later!) What could have been an overwhelming experience was made so much easier by having a team who were proactive, responsive and always seemed to be one step ahead. Debbie (in particular) helped keep me grounded when the stress levels were getting high!<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another property on their book. They knew what was happening with my sale, kept in touch throughout, chased things when necessary and were there for all the ups and downs along the way.<br><br>Absolutely worthy of five stars!!!

From the point of our initial contact to getting the keys to our lovely house, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of service he provided. Apurve is very responsive, knowledgeable and can put you at ease. He made the biggest hurdles feel like a walk in the park! Definitely recommend
