We first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". I had a viewing booked for a property which was around 40 minutes to get to from my previous location. However, i arrived 15 minutes early and waited to be seen. I was there for 45 minutes, called and emailed the agency several times and left voicemails, knocked on the property but still no avail.
