Bear in mind they was not even out estate agent, she supported the entire process and chain, chasing all relevant parties to get the sale over the line. Its refreshing to work with an agent, that is so proactive and organised as she was. Highly recommend!

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Ewan and Debbie are a great, easy-to-work-with team. Selling a house is never easy with all the moving parts and the chain, but the team did a great job keeping everyone together, communicating clearly about our progress, and bringing the process to a successful close.<br>I really wanted to work with a local family owned agent that is focused on the property market in surrounding area I hoped that it would bring insight and attention to detail. I was not disappointed at all.<br>This isn’t my first property sale, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had.<br>I can highly recommend working with Bunting and Bunting.
