16th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We’ve been working with Jack and Christian at Oaks Estate Agents to let out our flat, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received.

As first time landlords, the whole process was new to us, but from our very first conversation with Oaks right through to moving-in day, Jack and Christian have been proactive, informative, supportive and incredibly professional. They found us a tenant within the first week of the property going on the market, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and commitment.

What has really stood out is how well they’ve guided us through every stage of the process. They’ve kept us informed, answered our questions and made what could have been a daunting experience feel straightforward and stress-free.

Having had some less-than-positive experiences with estate agents in the past, I can honestly say that Oaks has restored my faith in the industry. Their approach, professionalism and genuine customer care put them streets ahead of their competitors.

I sincerely hope Oaks continues to grow and achieve the success it deserves. If they keep delivering this standard of service, they’ll blow their competitors out of the water.

A huge thank you to Jack, Christian and the team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oaks Estate Agents to anyone looking to let their property.

20th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)From start to finish, Habbarrd Torlot made selling our home a smooth and stress-free experience. Ian gave us honest, no-nonsense advice and promised he’d sell our house quickly – and he delivered, with an offer in under a month. His professionalism and friendly manner instantly put us at ease. Amy was an absolute star throughout the process. Her enthusiasm, positivity, and genuine care made the whole journey far more enjoyable. She kept us updated every step of the way and made us feel like family, not just clients. Communication was always clear, organised, and timely, which gave us real confidence. Ian and Amy struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability – they truly cared about getting the best result for us. In a market where good estate agents can be hard to find, Habbarrd Torlot are a rare gem. We’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
