We were always going to use KFH to sell our home as they are so well established in the area. After an initial valuation , the house was placed on the market extremely quickly and we had numerous viewings all managed and run by KFH.
We quickly received an offer and KFH supported us immediately with advice and guidance. However , through no fault at all of KFH , our buyer suddenly pulled out. Lisa at KFH could not have been more sympathetic and kind but more importantly immediately got on with the job in hand and re-marketed our house , sourcing SIX viewings within a matter of hours. Spent a few months househunting with Sophie and Daniel. They know the area inside out - from school catchments to train connections into London. Also they seemed to know details of all the houses we saw - from council tax to possibilities/limitations to extend. It was hard to find a question they didnt know the answer to. They took the time to find out and understand my changing needs with a growing family and elderly parents - and worked hard to match properties to that.
Other agents let you look around a property and that's it 'what do you think'. These guys are very different - obviously take a lot of pride in what they do, getting to know buyers and sellers and bringing them together.
They also keep you in the loop - calling in and emailling new listings, so you don't have to chase them up.
Well worth 5 stars!

The house did not meet our requirements, so we were encouraged to view an alternative property that we had earlier dismissed. I can not recommend Kfh highly enough. I have used them twice in three years and experienced the same very high standards of professionalism both times. I used this EA for a sale which took a fairly long time from beginning to end, (not due to EA). My property was put on the market at the end of July 2015, a sale was agreed in August and I completed in February 2016. My Estate Agent took responsibility for following through all queries that I had with both my purchaser, vendor and end chain, other Solicitors and EA's - I was fortunate enough to have just 4 people in the chain however it was a frustrating business due to little communication between all parties when there did happen to be delays - this was with the exception of my EA. My questions were always answered promptly and more often than not my queries had already been dealt with due to the proactiveness of my EA who was consistent and efficient from beginning to end. At no time did I feel that I was asking too many questions or that something would not be dealt with quickly. I would recommend using KFH in Hayes as you will receive excellent service and attention.
