I was very interested in purchasing a flat that this agency was advertising. Though the acquisition lasted a few months due to the complex circumstances of the flat which I was trying to buy, I was always properly informed and kept on the loop of the process and its progress. With them, one would definitely feel being taken care of. I couldn't be happier with my choice and I am contacting them again in the future when I need the help of a reliable and trustworthy Estate Agent.

One of the best estate agents I've worked with.
Ashley understood the requirements, and delivered. Following a viewing of a property I had requested to see that, I shared feedback with Ashley of what I was looking for - as that initial property was not for me. Within a couple of weeks, he reached out with one that met the brief. One that would not have come up in my search based in my filters, so would've never found it without Ashley.
Throughout the lengthy purchase process, he has been patient and understanding, and been on top of communication with both sides to facilitate progress.
Finally once completion took place he brought a very thoughtful gift with the keys. It was a pleasure working with them!

I really can’t rate Marriott Vernon highly enough. They have been excellent from start to finish with the sale of my BTL flat in Croydon. I am based in Edinburgh and Ian’s support and professional guidance through the process was excellent. A very personalised service from start to finish that is a major differentiator from the larger agencies. Dealing with a business owner who cares about the end client makes such a difference.
