I would whole heartedly and completely recommend Druce Estate & Letting Agents Ltd (Leiston) - from the first enquiry I made into renting a property through to completion they could not enough to ensure customer satisfaction. The process was made very simple by them with Dee showing me the property (friendly and professional) through to sitting with Oliver who took me through the paperwork taking the time and effort to explain everything to me and ensure that I fully understood. Druce took all the pressure and stress out of what is one of the most stressful things you could encounter. Thank you.

The whole journey with Druce was exceptional and made very easy. Dee was amazing, she listened and was refreshingly open and honest, a true professional, helping my find my perfect home without fuss and complications. Ollie was a pleasure to deal with and very diligent when it came to the paperwork, taking the time and effort to go over everything so I was clear and totally understood.

We have rented a lovely apartment from Druce since July 2023. The staff at Druce are warm, friendly and reliable. We have had a couple of very minor household matters in the flat which Druce rectified immediately with no fuss or quibble. They use a lovely maintenance man who is prompt, reliable and professional. When we applied to renew our lease this week, they responded instantly. They did not increase the rent one penny and were absolutely brilliant. This is the first and only time I have ever wanted to recommend an estate agent.

Unfortunately didn't get on very well at all . And won't be using them again sad really as tried to buy 3 propertys total using different people only to be told the same thing each time to tyr and up offer .

Just be careful. I read good things about the Brook Green sales team. However if you are considering using their Ladbroke Grove team to Manage your rental property I would suggest you think twice. They manage my property. They persuaded me to hire them to make my life easier. When this contract expires I will never again use them to manage my property. Due to their inept management and extremely slow response times……. On more than one occasion taking 5 weeks to respond. IMHO the Property Management team at Ladbroke Grove are incompetent. They are not customer centric and they are not property manager experts. Avoid.

Having dealt with numerous different estate agents in the past few weeks, I would like to say Druce has been by far the most helpful, polite, honest and assisting in my quest to find a new rental property. Every email query I had was answered promptly and every call was answered with the best customer service and advice and I would like to thank Oliver and Jessica in particular for providing an outstanding service
