All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage....
