They have an excellent team who provided great communication, advise a d support throughout the process. Special mention must go to Akeel Burtally who had his “finger on go” the whole process, seeing everything was in track. Great advice was also given from Scott and Joel. An amazing team. Thank you.

I was looking for an agent who would be really proactive in the whole marketing process, be someone I could really get on with and trust, and actively manage the sale to the point of contract exchange - David shone in all these areas: his communication and transparency about pricing, strategy and identifying the right buyer was amazing, and he clearly knew his geographical location and business inside out. We had three offers in no time, and exchanged contracts in 13 weeks, and at every stage I learned more about what was going on from Jigsaw than our solicitors. David gave me confidence at all times that this was a project which could only have a positive outcome, even though I was based some distance away and was relying on him to manage it. This is not your average Estate Agent - you should forget everything you think you know about the profession and talk to Jigsaw if you want your property sold without being the agony it once was.

Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to explain the complexities of the process in language I could understand! Can’t fault how they marketed the property and got people interested. It also didn’t stop there and Nick smoothed the process right through to completion as the inevitable bumps in the road popped up during the whole process to sale. Nick even contacted me on the day of the sale to make sure everything was concluded satisfactorily. Thanks Nick, I think we would have struggled to sell the flat at the price we wanted with another agent.
