Just moved into a flat being managed by them. All very professional and a small issue that I had was dealt with on the day of the move was very promptly and followed up to make sure I was happy. Staff are very courteous and so far a pleasure to deal with. Many Thanks for helping with making the move as smooth as possible at quite a stressful time. I am looking forward to a long smooth relationship and based on my initial interactions with the company, I am more than confident that this will continue.
I was very pleased with Knights Property for the professionalism and speed with which they were able to find buyers for our property.
They came over as soon as we called them for a professional and detailed evaluation, which was very close to what we thought, and put the property on the market within few days.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the administration of the sale was not brilliant; I have to admit that many issues we had were out of their control, but I felt sometimes that not much care was taken during the process and this contributed to delay the completion of the sale.
Overall, we had a good service.
Liam helped secure our tenancy and was very helpful along the way. Would defiantly recommend him and also Martin and Co.
This company are so unprofessional it is unreal.
From the first time I spoke to Giles and he told me that he was going to give me "discount" on the fees so they were cheaper than another estate agents, so we would rent the property through them. Turns out there wasn't a discount and we ended up paying more than the other estate agents.
Every year we had a renewal with them they made endless mistakes in the contract... Things as simple as our names. And their renewal fees! What a joke, how someone can charge so much for them to send you an email is beyond me. "Admin" charges, when your admin can't even get the document right.
When we came to leaving the property they sent us emails meant for our landlord discussing how much they "suggested" we paid to leave.
And now we keep receiving emails intended for landlords or tenants with addresses, amounts of money etc on them, apparently it doesn't matter if you let them know of their error because they will continue to send them.
Outstanding service, would highly recommend.
We chose Ewe Move to sell our home, as we really impressed by them at our initial valuation. Mark was exceptional from start to finish. He worked tirelessly, and made the whole process run smoothly. I was really happy with the price we got for the house, and I thought Ewe Move did a brilliant job of marketing it. In particular, I thought the photos looked brilliant online, which definitely attracted plenty of viewings. Communication was fantastic, we were able to contact via text and email late at night regarding last minute viewings etc. The service didn't stop once we accepted an offer. Mark was instrumental in helping us navigate a complicated chain, and saved the day on numerous occasions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ewe Move again. I genuinely believe them to be honest, trustworthy and hard working. Thanks Mark for everything, we would've lost the plot without you!
Generally the agent was good though he encouraged a price drop.
Not so impressed with the solicitors they recommended. Though they did improve, with a change of staff, towards completion. Offer to completion was too long at about 3 months. I still don’t know what caused the delay?
