I have found them friendly, honest and responsive and would class them as an example of what a good estate agent should be. I’m about to move in to my new property next week , and have been helped, listened to and even championed. Jevon has been fantastic help and highly professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

Nothing is too much trouble and if she doesn't get an answer one way she tries another. Hayley deserves all the praise possible for her dogged determination. 100% a star.
6th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Olly and the team were brilliant throughout the process of us buying our house in Church Crookham. The process was made slightly more difficult with slow solicitors and extra complications dealing with probate but the team at Bridges were really proactive throughout and we felt they were doing all they could to get things sorted as quickly as possible for us. The team were also really accommodating when we needed tradespeople and surveyors to visit the property at quite short notice. Would definitely recommend!
29th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)Charters have kept close communication with me and have been fully engaged throughout my selling journey. They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

She was not interested in discussing the property but rather just wanted the offer amount. This attitude together with reviews of how your tenants are treated tells us to stay away.

We haven’t found our next house yet, but wanted to leave a review for Mike at Greg James who has been excellent, extremely professional, incredibly helpful and very patient. If your viewing houses with Greg James highly recommend having Mike as your agent.
30th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)After making the tough decision to sell my property, I then had an even more difficult decision to make in choosing which Estate Agent to list with. Through experience, I knew which agents that I definitely did not want to use and this left me with a handful of options to consider. I met with 3 different Estate Agent representatives and I knew immediately after my consultation with Oliver Chandler that I wanted to use them. Not only do they have many years of experience working in the industry, they also valued my input regarding valuation, the 'process' to take in adjusting to the market and most important of all; the urgency to get my property onto the market. My property was listed the next day! Oliver Chandler gave a genuine and personal service that is lacking in most industries these days, particularly the Estate Agent business. They went above and beyond in dealing with all aspects of my house viewings, sale and purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself and favour and chose Oliver Chandler as your Estate Agent, you will not regret it.

The whole team has been excellent but Kyra Payne the estate agent assisting me must get special mention for being knowledgeable and helpful, giving me exactly the information required to get a let agreed quickly. Not to mention proactive, as she is how I found the property in the first place.

One family was chosen and then Annalise Beer of the Woking Office took over the process which was then seemless until the tenants moved in. I must say, throughout, Seymours acted in a very professional manner and were easy to work with. I commend Aaron and Annalise and we are hoping for a successful relationship.
