A great personal experience from start to finish. Our agent Matt Parr was great, always available for questions and went out of his way to help us. Everyone in the office seemed genuinely happy for us when we picked up the keys to our new house!
Not the most friendly staff, they have quite a few nice properties but didn't seem to be interested in us purchasing one, we really had to insist hard.
I would recommend Knights Property Services to anyone looking to sell their home, (even if they're not based in Camberley)

As they were an independent Estate Agent, they made us feel valued as a customer rather then just another house to sell quickly ;-)
I was very pleased with Knights Property for the professionalism and speed with which they were able to find buyers for our property.
They came over as soon as we called them for a professional and detailed evaluation, which was very close to what we thought, and put the property on the market within few days.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the administration of the sale was not brilliant; I have to admit that many issues we had were out of their control, but I felt sometimes that not much care was taken during the process and this contributed to delay the completion of the sale.
Overall, we had a good service.

Romans to avoid. We recently had our property valued by Romans in Yateley. The valuation was up to £330,00 In view of the excellent condition of the property. We placed the property on the market for less than the maximum valuation. A few weeks later we had a viewing from an employee of Romans , although he did not advise us of that at the viewing. He subsequently placed an offer of nearly £20,000 less than the asking price stating ridiculous reasons for such a low offer. This was on an email to our agent. He appears to be going around making silly offers for his own financial gain. Looking for vulnerable or desperate owners who he can exploit. Would you trust someone to achieve the best price for your property when he wants to buy yours for well under the market price ? He also appears to be viewing property that he cannot afford and is a complete time waster. A very un pleasant experience from a very un professional individual.

Shambles as a letting/ property management company. We moved in November to a fully managed property. We had no hot water for 2-3 weeks after moving in after botched repairs and useless contractors. Then waited in for handymen to come and compete work who turn up and advise they're there to quote and not actually do the job (when we relayed everything that required repair).
On 21st December our oven broke and we advised them early morning of the 22nd, we heard nothing from waterfords until we chased on the 27th and 29th Dec and then after promised phone backs from contractors and being advised that the job was actually logged on the 23rd (but no communication from them) we gave up and got our own contractor and paid for the repairs ourself. The property management team have since advised that we will have to foot the bill because we haven't used their approved (incompetent) contractors and have been completely unsympathetic.
If you're letting from them- I'd be very wary- their fees are at least double other agents and we've encountered some of the most appalling 'service' - I myself work in the service industry and understand things do go wrong but to not rectify or attempt to resolve issues in a timely manner isn't acceptable.
If you are thinking to let your property through them think again, I'm sure if we contacted our landlords they'd have no idea at the misery we've been put through since moving in.
