I want to express my gratitude to your team, especially Matthew, Hayden, and Ben, for helping me find a place that I am extremely satisfied with.
From the start, when Matthew first contacted me, I shared my frustration about being repeatedly rejected after making offers, even though I had clearly stated that I had pets. It was evident that previous agents hadn’t paid close attention to my needs, as I specifically needed a landlord who was pet-friendly. This wasted a lot of my time and energy, and I was feeling a bit discouraged.
Matthew, however, truly listened to my concerns. He quickly responded with a unit that was guaranteed to accept pets and arranged for a viewing. Knowing I had a long journey to get there, he was flexible enough to send me a video tour of the property first, allowing me to confirm my interest before making the trip. This saved me a lot of time.
Hayden from the team then took me for an in-person viewing, and I was immediately satisfied with the place and decided to make an offer. Hayden efficiently handled the negotiations, and we quickly reached an agreement that both sides were happy with, allowing me to move in with peace of mind.
Another thing I truly appreciate is the seamless coordination within the entire team. While we were handling the paperwork, Hayden happened to be on leave, but Matthew stepped in to cover for him. Matthew continued assisting me with the rental process, so I didn’t have to wait for Hayden to return. This flexible approach to work really stood out to me. I hope the head office recognizes the strength of this team—perhaps a reward is in order, haha!
Ben was responsible for the payment process, and he was incredibly professional and patient, guiding me through the entire payment procedure.
