6th Feb 2025 (14 weeks ago)We have a number of rental properties in Alton which we have rented through Warren Powell-Richards for many years. We have always been very pleased with their reliable service. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Kathleen and Kylie in the rental department provide an exceptional service, they are easy to contact, very experienced, professional and dedicated to their jobs. We are very fortunate to have Warren Powell-Richards in Alton. We highly recommend them to both landlords and tenants.

10th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)I registered with K&C very recently and have been so impressed with the Customer Service especially with Tony at the Midhurst Office and followed up with Sharon. Thanks so much again. I am adding to this review as not only has Tony given excellent Customer Service but also Brooke at the Midhurst office has too and I would highly recommend King & Chasemore to anyone. Since this last review, I would like to add that I have actually been able to continue my rental journey and thank goodness it has been finalised through Tony at King & Chasemore who has been excellent guiding me through what has been an extremely challenging time before I contacted Tony again and now, thanks to a lot of time and patience from him, I am looking forward to moving into my new home very soon with an Agent who goes above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. I am looking forward to not only being where I want to be again, but also dealing with an Agent who always has an extremely positive, approachable, supportive and professional attitude.

He was always incredibly approachable and friendly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout. No question was ever too much trouble, and he always took the time to explain things clearly and patiently.

They made finding and securing a property smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated their clear communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent.

22nd May 2022 (2 years ago)All of the staff that we dealt with were excellent in their responses to our queries and from start to finish we were kept informed of any progress or problems with potential purchasers culminating in numerous offers in the first week, one of which we accepted allowing us to put all of our energies into finding a new home to move to in Wiltshire which took some weeks to do so.

1st Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)I have just sold my house and bought another both through Homes in Liphook. My sale was very difficult with a lot of problems that needed resolving. Both Kevin and Ross have been fantastic to deal with keeping me informed regularly and going above and beyond to push the sale through. Ross in particular has been brilliant at liaising with all parties and doing everything he could to ensure the sale was concluded as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend Homes in Liphook, very professional, friendly and great to deal with.
15th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)It has been quite a pleasant experience with Charlie Salter . He works high-efficiently and always gives us the very prompt reply of every enquiry. Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

Her knowledge, experience and support were incredibly helpful and appreciated as we navigated our recent house purchase - we wouldn't be in the house of our dreams without her support and we are incredibly grateful.
31st Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.

He is savvy and has a great talent in working with clients. He supported me during the entire transaction process of finding a good property, putting the offer right up until the end of the sale. Even where the solicitors were not responding, he personally supported where he could to progress the transaction from his side. He was responsive and even went above and beyond to support me with advise and guidance during the full process. He kept myself and the seller notified and assisted in finding solutions when there were delays from the solicitors end so that the deal would not fall through. Thank you Frank for your energy, positivity and patience. I am grateful for all that you did and will definitely use the TeKoop again. ????
