Thanks so much again. I am adding to this review as not only has Tony given excellent Customer Service but also Brooke at the Midhurst office has too and I would highly recommend King & Chasemore to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience overall and a special mention to Lucy Mann, my letting agent who has been incredible throughout the whole process. She was there every step of the way, supporting me and making sure everything that needed to be done was done. Lucy took me to the flat to measure up and showed me everything I needed whilst I was there. She has been a fantastic letting agent and I know she will be as supportive and fantastic as she has been for me throughout the whole process for anyone looking to rent, I could not recommend her more highly! Lucy made the whole process seamless and she was incredibly efficient and professional. Thank you so much Lucy and Chapplins for finding me my perfect first home!

31st Oct 2020 (3 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

It has been a rollercoaster 8 months but she was fantastic; professional, clear and I have always felt put our needs first as well as having a laugh with us in good moments and being understanding in our more difficult moments. She was a star and I can’t thank her enough.

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the moving process without Kate. Thank you so much to Kate and everyone else we dealt with at Knight Frank.
