When communication was needed, he was always there to keep me informed, providing a vital link between the vendors and solicitors. 1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)?????<br><br>We honestly cannot recommend Homes highly enough, and in particular, Amy, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process.<br><br>To say Amy went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. Our purchase became more complicated than expected, including an issue with finding the service charge information relating to our sellers’ onward purchase. With very little progress being made elsewhere, Amy personally went out of her way to speak to a neighbour to find out the information we needed and then passed it directly on to the solicitor. What could have resulted in weeks of unnecessary back-and-forth was resolved thanks to her initiative and determination.<br><br>And it didn’t stop there. On the day of completion, Amy was actually helping our sellers pack boxes and take down curtains to help get the property vacated as quickly as possible. She genuinely went far beyond what we could ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but having someone like Amy in your corner makes such a difference. She has been an absolute angel throughout the entire process, and we are so incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us.<br><br>Amy is a real credit to Homes, and we truly cannot thank her enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, we would wholeheartedly recommend them. ?????
