Lovely team, respectful and responsive. But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. Painful, expensive and should have been flagged up…... Read more

Absolute Joke. Tell students to pay by certain date, then refuse to release keys because deadline is a Saturday and 'we can't see the money'. Should we just move them into your office until you sort it out!! These students now have nowhere to go. Why not give a payment deadline of a week or 2 before they pick up keys. If you tell students to pay by 1st they will pay on 31st or on 1st, many don't get paid till end of month, on top of that you have the guarantor details so realistically you're getting paid regardless. Just saying, if you have an office full of students with same issue your procedure is flawed.... Read more
