16th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.

We felt the valuation was realistic and in line with our thinking - and therefore achievable. We found the team dealing with the viewings friendly, helpful and proactive and available quite late in the day if needed. We were asked by friends on Anglesey about our experience in selling our property and were able recommend the Dafydd Hardy team wholeheartedly.

They strive so hard for buyer and seller to match them up and care deeply that people make the right choices . They help with tasks that “go above and beyond” their remit and are relentless to get properties over the line . Iwan and Dafyd are so friendly and warm and caring guys with a sense of humour too which always helps in stressful situations which properties can be . Can’t recommend them enough …. Don’t look anywhere else ! These are your Guys
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

(17 reviews)5th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
