From keeping me up to date to following up on any questions I asked that she may not have been able to answer. She has been incredibly patient with my million questions and requests to view the house multiple times. Starla goes above and beyond, to the extent that she even helped with doing measurements, and she does it with a smile on her face! Thank you Starla, you have made this process so enjoyable!

Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. Smooth transaction throughout the process with great communication with the entire Kettering team. Bought for rental purposes and found the rental team proactive, only selecting clients to fit the bill and tenants move in on 20/7, so here's hoping for a long and happy relationship for all parties.

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Amazing experience with this firm, Anne is amazing as well as all the other staff, very good communication, professional and helpful at all times, they care for the buyer as well as the vendors which is great, they also keep in touch regularly at each stage of the buying process, and contact solicitors etc. Fabulous from start to finish would highly recommend.

Cadman Homes: unprofessional estate agents with the worst customer service. Don't trust them with your property needs.

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.
2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Honestly, where do I start.... Fraser Stretton went the extra miles, they went above and beyond and their service was incomparable. I had my property on the market with 2 other estate agents before Fraser Stretton and I had a really bad experience, but when Fraser Stretton stepped in, it was just so easy, terms and conditions were transparent, the team were easy to get hold of always and they made the process so much easier for us. The Leicester based estate agency Fraser Stretton had taken amazing pictures, great floorplans, excellent descriptions/valuation services and excellent service to potential buyers to my property. And I was updated thoroughly and often! They gave me the reassurance and really came through, finding a buyer for my property and liaising as a middle ground. They even made a WhatsApp group to keep me and my family updated as we were not staying at the property when it was on the market. I want to thank the team at Fraser Stretton each those who helped so much, absolutely impeccable service especially from Charlie Hill and Harry Hennessy! Additionally Sofia and Elise were always there to answer calls and get the background work done whenever I needed! I couldn't have asked for any better and I would pick Fraser Stretton a million times over!
