They smoothly guided me through the sales process from start to finish, and managed the (unconventional) buyer, defending our position when required. Julie was always swift to reply to communications and gave helpful practical advice when requested. Everyone was polite and professional. Smart, polished, charming without being too smooth for comfort. I would have liked the staff to answer the phone with their name, not just "H&H". I had to ask / guess who I was talking to when I rang in - Julie / Claire / Jayne / etc.

Buying a property can be stressful, especially with delays from solicitors, but she kept everything moving and always kept us informed. She was proactive in chasing things up and consistently did her best to push the process forward when it felt like things were slowing down. It really felt like she was doing everything she could to help us get over the line, and without her support, I’m not sure we would have moved in as quickly as we did.
