They deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Anyone wanting to sell their house should definitely consider using H&H Lutterworth. I don't think I dealt with the entire team extensively, but Lauren is superb.

Ali and the team have been professional, friendly, efficient and very helpful. We initially went with another estate agents when they offered a higher valuation- it turns out it was sales patter and unrealistic. We moved to Howkins & Harrison and haven’t looked back. We recently purchased a house in Lutterworth through Howkins & Harrison. Ali was our main point of contact and would consistently chase all bottlenecks throughout the process. Selling and buying a house can be a stressful and confusing process but at each stage I felt that Ali was able to explain what any of the hold ups were and what action would need to be taken to move them forward. I found it really helpful to have candid conversations about the whole process and Ali was completely professional and experienced throughout. On handover day, we were able to collect our keys at around midday and Ali made a special effort despite it being day off. The other team members (Carle & Beth) were always asking if there was anything they could help with in Ali’s absence; it’s clear they’re a tight-knit team and the communication is strong. I would recommend Howkins & Harrison if you want an informed selling/buying process with experienced agents.

Howkins and Harrison were absolutely brilliant when selling my property.
All members of staff were efficient and ensured our needs were met. Beth was fantastic at arranging viewings and following up these contacts with feedback provided immediately to both owners of the property. It was wonderful being fully part of the selling process and knowing whether our house invited interest with feedback given.
All colleagues, who managed our sale, were patient (which needed to be the case with some issues which arose on our chain) as well as professional, friendly and personable.
Deborah was absolutely incredible at chasing our chain and maintaining constant contact to keep us informed. In fact, I would say Deborah was so helpful, I did not even need to speak to my solicitor frequently as she ensured we had all the information we required for our sale to be a success. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the level of service I have received and would recommend all my family and friends to put their faith and trust into Howkins and Harrison.
