We recently chose Hind Estates for the sale of 2 properties and could not have chosen better. One of our sales started well but unfortunately became quite a rollercoaster of unforseen problematic issues with both our buyers and sellers. James and Kate dealt with every issue in their stride, kept us up-to-date on every detail along the way and diffused some unpleasant situations. Over 14 months, James and Kate could not have been more professional, helpful or understanding. Going above and beyond does not come close . . . Kate was sat under a tree on the first day of her family holiday working hard to finalise our completion! We cannot recommend this team more highly. (It's a shame we chose very badly for our solicitor).

James and Kate are absolute professionals as are all the Hind team. Friendly, approachable and above all realistic. Communication is excellent and James worked tirelessly to ensure a not one but two problematic chains completed for us in 2022 due to unbelievable circumstances beyond anyone's control. Without him I don't think it would have happened !
Previously I had bought from Hind Estates which led me to sell with them this year. He has the local knowledge of the market and contacts that you need to buy & sell in here in the Lutterworth area. I would not hesitate to recommend to all and will continue to do so :)

I could not recommend Hind enough. James especially has been amazing. Didn’t take long at all for him to sell our property and kept us updated all the time and would always answer any questions we had straight away. All other staff in the office were very professional and polite on the phone too. I Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you all again.

After numerous emails to arrange a viewing and not getting any response I decided to go to the shop. I was told that the bungalow had been sold over 2 weeks ago. This was still on their website as available. All I got was a couldn't care attitude.

I bought my first home through Hind Esates, and the service was excellent. I contacted Hind Estates to sell the same home earlier this year. They had brilliant local knowledge of the area which meant their valuation was much more accurate than other agents. The team were so friendly and made me feel at ease with the stressful prospect of selling my house from the moment I first me them. It was an easy decision decision sign a contract with hind estates over other agents. My house was sold about 1 week after signing a contract! I was very happy with my decision as they were excellent the entire way through the process. Highly recommend.

We had a couple of very difficult parties within our chain and the pandemic also caused additional stress, but James did a brilliant job at managing it all. He kept us very well-informed from purchase right through to completion, and was integral in getting it over the line. We're now in our new home and absolutely love it. Honestly wouldn't move with anyone else. Hind went above and beyond for us during a really difficult house move at the end of 2020. Kate and James in particular were amazing. We've moved with Hind before and had the same great experience. We also rented our house through them and they were fantastic, ensuring that the tenants were thoroughly checked out, the house and the tenants were well looked after and any problems were resolved quickly without us having to worry about it.

Regarding letting service:
Customer service poor .
They arrange a meeting for 9 am. When you are there, they move the meeting to 11 o'clock. After 12 p.m. they call and say that the person who deals with the rental will call you.
