Granted I didn’t buy with these guys as I went for a new build. However these guys came out on top with contact, knowing what I was looking for and showing me amazing properties to my tastes. Definitely would recommend Carolyn and Carter as they were the best in what they did and I was registered with a few but these guys ave you the personal touch, that you mattered. As soon as we made the property available, Carter met with us to discuss the whole process, take detailed photos of the house and advise on current typical rental values for similar properties in the same area. Once everything was agreed from our side he quickly went about advertising the property. If I could give 10 starts I would! I cannot praise the team at Carter Oliver enough. From viewing my dream property with Carolyn, to my hand being held throughout the whole process by Sarah and receiving the keys on handover day, Carter Oliver were everything and more that I could have asked for from an Estate Agent. Booked a viewing for 3pm today, no one showed up so we gave them a call and were told it hasn't been booked into the diary and that they have had a cash offer so we probably wouldn't of got it anyway, but they proceeded to try and book the viewing again.
