As soon as we made the property available, Carter met with us to discuss the whole process, take detailed photos of the house and advise on current typical rental values for similar properties in the same area. Once everything was agreed from our side he quickly went about advertising the property. Within about a week Carter had received many enquiries and based on the criteria we had set he managed to filter the applicants until we made our final decision. If I could give 10 starts I would! I cannot praise the team at Carter Oliver enough. From viewing my dream property with Carolyn, to my hand being held throughout the whole process by Sarah and receiving the keys on handover day, Carter Oliver were everything and more that I could have asked for from an Estate Agent. I didn't have the easiest chain above me.... to say the least! However Carolyn and Sarah showed nothing but grit and tenacity to make sure that my purchase went through. Carolyn provided excellent help and guidance throughout the process of selling my property. She recommended selling at auction but acted as my estate agent . The process was very speedy and Carolyn was very supportive throughout the whole process. Price achieved was well above guide price.
