Ashleigh and Sophia managed viewings and were always professional and gave detailed feedback on our viewers' thoughts. We never chased them as they knew when to get in touch and gave realistic timelines. Ashleigh managed the sales process, once we accepted the offer on our property. She was proactive and consistently updated us with any developments. Ashleigh was always honest, informative, but also empathised with us when we encountered delays or setbacks from the chain.
