They sold our flat not once, but twice- after the first sale fell through, and on both occasions, they achieved a price higher than any other estate agent was willing to list it for.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated. They clearly knew the market and had the confidence to value our property properly, rather than simply giving us the lowest figure to secure the listing.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and they worked hard to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible.
