21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Our property was valued in March 2025 by Argyle. We did realise this was higher than two other local Agents, but Argyle had been recommended to us so decided to go with them, albeit at a lower price than the valuation. Their terms and conditions, photos and video was superior to other Agent's examples. Our property was individual in its design and Argyle were the only Agent who took this into consideration on the valuation.<br>Our property took a long time to sell and we lowered the price again when it sold quickly. Unfortunately that fell through further down the chain, but it sold again fairly quickly. Our chain had a difficult buyer further down, but we found that Helen worked tirelessly to see this to completion. The phone was always answered quickly and calls were logged in such a way that others in the office could always answer the queries even when Helen was not there.
2nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Difficult market for our price point with no demand currently due to the uncertain global macroeconomic backdrop, interest rate cycle and outdated property purchase administration. Looking forward to all being on the blockchain so we can remove the legal middlemen

Based in the centre of Louth, their office is easy to access. Thank you Crofts for providing an excellent service.

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today.
