25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Initially a very promising agent. However, 10 weeks and only 1 viewing so I thought it time to change to someone else. Appreciate the market challenges but there is no excuse to keep to a notice period when you aren't performing. Especially when no viewing can happen during the majority of that period - as was the case. Very disappointed. How anyone can intentionally and vindictively hinder people desperate to sell their property is beyond me. Pleas for rational behaviour fall on deaf ears. Don't sign a contract with these people is my advice.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Honestly, do not waste your time with viewing properties with this company, I took time out of my day to view a basic flat for us to rent whilst we looked for another property to buy, having just sold our house. We were not once advised about the ‘strict referencing process’ they had from the landlord. Once we decided to move forward we were asked to provide affordability, which I did showing our incomes more than covers the rent without issues. After providing personal information and chasing, I got a one line response from the letting agent, saying the landlord rejected our application because we plan to go on holiday over Xmas. Such a waste of time and the flat remains on the market (since April).- 19th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Really bad. Wouldn't reply when put offer in of asking price, then when I finally did hear something back they said they're letting a few people put offers in. They let the property to someone else like it was an auction

14th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

Long experience in the area, an excellent understanding of the market and the importance of personal service make them a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble.

6th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service from Savills. We had got down to a choice of two agents and decided to use Savills because my eldest daughter had been so pleased with the effort the Cranbrook branch went to in order to overcome some last minute obstacles with her chain and keep her sale on track. This was definitely the right decision. The commission was competitively priced and overall we feel it was very easy from start to finish. The photos looked great, as did the write up. The team who showed people round the house were on time, with good feedback where they had any. Becky’s involvement throughout the entire process was definitely beneficial and all your help at the 11th hour to get it over the line to meet the buyers incredibly tight deadline was much appreciated. It’s not easy to go from offer to completed in 6 weeks, but we made it! So thank you for your professional yet warm and friendly service, which was very much appreciated.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly.
