Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership.
1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners.
2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property
3 Potential new owners started decorating the property
4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions
All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss... Read more

This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords!
Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!).
We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again.
I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property.
It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords.
