This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. Max from the Chelmsford office knocked on our door one day and asked whether Oakheart could take on the sale of our property which, at the time, was on with another agent. He was persistent and pursued us for a good month to get our business promising he could sell our house, where other agents had failed. Max talked us through what he could offer, what we should expect and what he predicted and so eventually we agreed to work with Oakheart. From the get go the service was spot on, fabulous photos of our home were taken, follow up calls and the house went up for sale. Viewings happened almost instantly and within a few weeks Max had stuck to his promise and sold our house! We only wish we had used Oakheart from the start, we would have saved ourselves 6 months! Absolutely love Oakheart. We would have brought through them aswell if they had a house that suited us for sale. Everyone was always soo nice and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much for them.
