After one chat with us, Sam knew exactly what we were looking for and found us our perfect house (which he had viewed months before, but wasn’t even on the market at the time). We followed his advice and made our offer to include all of the items we needed. There was a potential problem with the ongoing chain, but Sam made sure that everything went smoothly. I have recently purchased a house 12 miles south of Bath through Knight Frank's Bath office. The viewings were arranged at short notice because we were coming a long way and the viewing staff could not have been more accommodating and were very well briefed. We had difficulties with our purchaser and Knight Frank were very helpful in keeping our vendor informed and on side. The brochure about the house we have bought was beautifully produced. Knight Frank acted most definitely in their client's interests but were very supportive of us as well.

Kingstons Melksham did an outstanding job on the brochure they produced for our property which I am sure contributed greatly to a successful sale. They were very quick to respond to any queries or requests generated from either party involved in the transaction, which certainly made the whole process relatively stress free. We would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a very professional service when selling their home.

Property was on for ages and nothing really happened. I put it on with another agent round the corner and had much better success with it being sold for full asking price.

If you use this agent make sure you list everything every spec of dust every dirty mark every slight scuff on move in they will use only the most expensive services they can find and will also "find" extra things to charge for after you hand over the keys be warned.

I have engaged Carter Jones commercial team in Bath as an agent and have leased premises through them. I have found them very professional with a calm yet firm business approach when the occasion calls for it. I wouldnt consider using anyone else.

I can only speak to my experience with the commercial team but I wouldnt recommend.
