   Kingstons sold our house, completing in August 2026, having initially marketed the property in March.<br><br>Callum was a pleasure to deal with during the initial valuation, and was very happy to answer all of my questions. The photos subsequently taken & the video produced - including aerial drone footage - were outstanding & the presentation of the property was fantastic.<br><br>Viewings were handled professionally, and communications around viewings & offers were clear & easy. The house sold within two working days. Kingstons were also able to recommend a local solicitor, who was wonderful through the whole process.<br><br>The whole team, but Chloe in particular, were amazing during the final weeks before exchange when things became more complicated due to some issues with our buyers' solicitor. Their dedication in always being there to answer our questions and liaise with our buyers was hugely appreciated. Without Kingstons' professionalism there's every chance our chain would have broken.<br><br>Huge thanks to Chloe, Callum, Izzy & everyone we dealt with during our sale. We've left the area, so unfortunately won't be able to use them for future moves, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.... Read more

   Public Review – Strakers Trowbridge / Pickers Palmers Farm<br><br>I wish to record my extremely disappointing and shocking experience with Strakers Trowbridge regarding a property at Pickers Palmers Farm, Capps Lane, Heywood.<br><br>I live in Kent and am in the process of moving to the area. As I was unable to attend an initial viewing myself, I asked my sister to view the property on my behalf. Following her viewing, I decided to make an offer.<br><br>On Friday 7 August 2026, I offered the full asking price. I heard nothing back and, after chasing Strakers on Monday 10 August, I was advised by Chris that my offer was acceptable. I was also advised that I should perhaps travel to Wiltshire myself to view the property.<br><br>Taking this advice seriously, I travelled more than 250 miles to attend the viewing.<br><br>When we arrived, the developer met us and showed us around the property. However, during the visit it became apparent that the property I had made the offer on had already been sold. Instead, the developer was attempting to sell us another property.<br><br>What is particularly upsetting is that neither the developer nor the Strakers representative who was present made this clear to me before I travelled such a considerable distance. The Strakers representative was there and appeared to be fully aware of the situation.<br><br>I find the lack of transparency and communication extremely disappointing. If the property had already been sold, why was I not told before travelling over 250 miles? Why was I left believing that my offer was acceptable when, apparently, the property was no longer available?<br><br>I feel that my time, money and genuine interest in the property were not respected. The entire experience has left me feeling extremely let down and misled.<br><br>I would strongly question the level of communication and transparency demonstrated by both Strakers Trowbridge and the developer in this situation. This was an incredibly frustrating and unnecessary experience, and one I would not expect from a professional estate agent.<br><br>Absolutely shocking treatment from both Strakers and the developer and doesn't even deserve the 1 star, shame on you!...
