2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)The entire team at WH Brown Castleford were amazing from start to finish.<br><br>Dan made sure we got the best mortgage offer for our needs, and Chloe and Kelsey were always efficient and knowledgeable when dealing with all of our viewings and enquiries. We always felt they knew our requirements and worked for us to get us the best.<br><br>Special shout out must go to Leanne, and especially Lily, who took fantastic care of us every step of the way. We absolutely couldn't have done this without her. They sold our property at the price we wanted within 6 weeks and found us the prefect forever home.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

11th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)From start to finish the experience of purplebricks was terrible and more stressful than the process demands. They used a cut and paste description of the property that was completely false and uninformative, alongside photos that were missing to cover the rooms properly. This meant we had to write the description and take our own pictures despite us having paid for them to perform this service. Once the house finally went live onto the portal they had it listed over the value we had agreed. Purplebricks were not helpful in getting feedback after viewings and a key issue is that the portal does not allow to block out days on the calendar. This meant that we were getting viewing requests when we were on holiday that we were unable to rearrange. I would not recommend to anyone looking to sell, the cost saving of using this provider is reflected in their disinterest in proactively marketing and selling your property as they have already been paid.
