Richard and Emma have both been exceptional throughout the entire process. They are genuinely warm, approachable, and professional people who worked incredibly hard to achieve a very strong sale price for the property. What impressed me most was their commitment to keeping the transaction moving. They consistently chased all parties involved, including solicitors and buyers, and stayed on top of every detail right through to completion.
