They have answered every email I've sent. After reading the reviews I thought I'd leave one of my experience. 21st May 2026 (23 days ago)Failed to put offers to the owner and laughed down the phone at the offers. Property then went on to sell for less than my offer. How you treat someone is how you treat everyone.
30th Sep 2017 (8 years ago)They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.

26th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Id give a lower score if I could! Stay well clear! Made an offer on a property for the full asking price after viewing. Was told there were no offers on the table at the time. The agent didn’t even acknowledge the email for 3 days until after id been chasing. Then was told 2 other offers had been made after my offer! As such, increased my offer which again wasn’t acknowledged. 3 weeks later to then be told my offer was not accepted and that the seller has gone with a local person who had more of a deposit than me? Couldn’t get any more local as I currently live within 200 metres of the house in question. Also, a higher deposit than me did not matter as they still needed a mortgage…. More excuses made by Paul saying he didn’t want to start a bidding war! A friend later rang Paul and offered £75k over the asking price and was told no more offers could be made as 3 offers were already on the table. Surely whoever offers the most gets the house??? This just proved it wasn’t a fair contest. Wouldn’t tell me how much the house went for in the end or who’d bought it. Works also started on the house a day after I was told my offer hadn’t been accepted! This was surely an inside job as you cannot buy a house and get all the legalities sorted within a day! Or maybe their offer was accepted 3 weeks before they’d told me I wasn’t accepted you may ask? Don’t sell your house through this joker! There was obviously an insensitive to choose which offer was accepted rather than who offered the most!!! The man’s guilt is written over his face as he likes to hide from myself and family members on the street! If you weren’t guilty, why would you try and hide? Stay clear folks!

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
