17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)The sales team especially Katy, have been great, very friendly helpful and cheery ,I was a bit disappointed in what the first agent said I could get for my house , he said £10,000 more and think he went more with what I was hoping to get , think all estate agents do need to remember that although they do this all the time buyers and sellers don't, so a bit more explanation and contact would be good, this is not just Move 8 , its most estate agents , my friends had same experience with other estate agents , all in all job done , now onto the legal team .
21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)During the initial appointment/consultation, Jayne Smith provided an extremely comprehensive overview of the current property market in general as well as in my local area. She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

I was treated with the utmost courtesy and they helped walk me through the minefield of personal injuries claim. Peter was my lawyer and he worked tirelessly to achieve a positive result. And as a local company to me in Forres that was important. I highly recommend them for all legal services.

ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Post all but a decades lobbying. As of May 2026, this will also, be illegal in, England & Wales)...Ulster. I know not?

Tasked with selling a property, we had numerous questions and concerns. Gary Allerton visited the house within a few days, guided us through every step of the property sales process and offered practical suggestions to make things easier for us. He helped us connect with local professionals for necessary repairs before listing and ensured everything met the conditions of sale. We were especially impressed by the prompt responses to our emails from Canada and the efficiency with which arrangements were made. The house listing and sales brochure were expertly prepared. Overall, the service we received from Grampian Properties was nothing short of outstanding

Our sale went through equally fast too, with James identifying the right buyers for our property ensuring with had a solid, acceptable offer within 48hours of listing. Always on-hand to help, no matter the time or day.
11th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I was looking to purchase a property being sold through The Grange earlier this year. My viewings were arranged quickly and the lady who showed me round the property was friendly and helpful. It was only when the estate agent Helen got involved when I made a verbal offer that things deteriorated. Whilst I understand that she was looking out for her client and wanted to get the best price that she could for them her negotiating skills were non existant and she was rude, dismissive and spoke in a condesending manner saying "I'm not sure if you have bought a property recently but I have sold ones recently for £10k/£15k over the asking price" in order to get/ justify me putting in a higher bid even though it was already in excess of the asking price. I walked away only for her to contact me several weeks later when my offer was accepted. A bit of self reflection on how you deal with your potential buyers wouldn't go amiss.
