11th Apr 2025 (12 days ago)had several frustrating experiences when viewers simply didn't turn up with no communication. A couple of viewers turned up and informed me that this wasn't the area they really wanted.
15th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We rented a property through Cluny Estate Agents in Elgin and had an excellent experience throughout our tenancy. Mr. Charlie Beck was very approachable and always available to help when we needed to communicate with the agents. The team is highly professional, conducting routine inspections at regular intervals to ensure the property is well-maintained. They also took care of arranging regular plumbing and gas safety checks, which gave us peace of mind. On one occasion when we had a leak, they quickly arranged for a plumber to come and fix it, ensuring minimal disruption. Overall, their prompt service and attention to detail made renting through Cluny a seamless and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Callie MacKay in particular was very helpful, and as mentioned, brilliant at responding, even when I got a bit stressed right to the end of the process!

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

The woman was abrupt and rude when I enquired about the property. I have no idea why any estate agent would behave like this when a person has entrusted them with their property to sell. I do not reccomend you entrust your property to this estate agent based on my experience as a potential buyer. Minus 5
