Throughout the process, the team remained professional, helpful and persistent in getting things back on track.<br><br>Communication was good, and I appreciated their advice, patience and efforts in securing a new buyer and progressing the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling a property as part of a family estate can be particularly demanding, so having an experienced and supportive estate agent made a real difference.<br><br>Many thanks to the team at Andrews. I would happily recommend them.

From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. By far what stood out for me is Lamar was never shy to go above and beyond to explain complicated processes or offer an opinion on concerns I had or how we would deal with them. He must be so incredibly busy but at no point did he make me feel like I was asking too much or that he did not have time - he made time for me and the seller and saw us all the way through to what was, by all accounts from my friends and colleagues, a surprisingly pain free and smooth sale.<br><br>Thank you Lamar!
30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. A buyer was found within the first few weeks and Hayleigh went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible for my sister-in-law who became very confused with the moving process. Hayleigh was always there for her and keep me informed as I lived 2hrs away. I can't thank Haleigh and her team enough for all they have done. I would highly recommend Butlers to anybody who wants the best experience selling their property, they are fantastic.
