From the moment she showed us around the property, she was friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. I have mainly spoken with Kai, who has always been very prompt to respond (when not available, the rest of the team have stepped in to make the process seamless) and is always willing to help. When viewing properties, he was informative but allowed for looking without being overbearing. Overall very happy with the service!

My move was complicated but the team were able to provide creative solutions to help the transition and completion. Always one step ahead in chasing buyers, the rest of the chain, other estate agents and solicitors. Frequently ahead of my solicitors in providing intel and progress. The team work really hard and as a local firm are able to provide a personal, friendly and wholesome service. No gimmicks or hard sells and teated me as a person not a number. They provide a personal touch when dealing with clients. Flexible and helpful going out of their way to support me during my sale. Incredible team and a big shout out to Dan and Lorraine.
