From valuing our property, marketing, to sales progression everyone worked extremely hard to achieve the sale. Communication was faultless throughout in what can be a frustrating process.<br>I would use Paul Graham again and highly recommend.

The team were consistently supportive, responsive and attentive, and communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>I would particularly like to recognise Georgia Gunson, who was personally involved in supporting us throughout the process. Georgia was incredibly helpful, approachable and responsive, always taking the time to answer our questions and keep us updated. Moving home can be a stressful experience, but having someone who was attentive and genuinely invested in helping things progress made such a difference.<br><br>We really appreciated the level of service Georgia provided and the support from the wider team. I would happily recommend the agency to anyone looking for a professional, communicative and supportive service.<br><br>A special thank you to Georgia Gunson for all of your help , it was genuinely appreciated.

27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. We always felt kept in the loop and supported, and her friendly, reassuring approach made a real difference. I called up at the 11th hour to view a property (which I’m not condoning btw) and Goodfellows were really happy to accommodate a property viewing. The agent Debbie was really patient, friendly, not pushy at all and very supportive around any questions. I fell in love with the property and the rest in history. I am really happy that my property journey was with Goodfellows who have brilliant and responsive agents.

He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Callum was empathetic to our needs and understanding of our timings and found the perfect place for our family. Would highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and honest to all involved parties.<br>We originally advertised our property with Purplebricks but i soon realised it was a mistake. Once moved to Winkworth our deal went through very quickly and at the right price.<br>Definitely recommended.

This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.- 1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Amazing experience! Super friendly, answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Everything felt really smooth and straightforward and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier ??
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Her communication has been incredibly quick and efficient, with clear, thorough and comprehensive answers to all our questions. What really stood out was how responsive she was, even at weekends — her replies were often almost instant!<br>We’re extremely grateful to Isabelle and the whole office for making the process so much easier and for always being there to help and support us whenever we needed it.<br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Isabelle and the team to our friends and family. 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

Fleur's expertise set an accurate price and arranged for a beautiful brochure to be ready within 24 hours. Paula & Ceejay engaged clients that had serious interest in buying the property; they were punctual and highly professional managing all viewings. With perseverance, the right buyer came along and Ceejay was successful in negotiating the sale for the asking price, critical with the help-to-buy. Thereafter, Hunters ensured the agreed sale held tight to achieve a smooth completion. I cannot thank Fleur enough for her care overseeing the entire process. Special thanks to Ceejay! Ceejay was a delight to work with and brilliant negotiating the sale!

We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not.
