The team were absolutely brilliant. They acted incredibly quickly, kept communication moving between everyone and worked with us to find a way forward. Within days, everything was back on track and we were able to exchange and secure our new home.<br><br>What really stood out was that we always felt we had people on our side who genuinely cared about the outcome, rather than simply managing a transaction. 25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I instructed Personal Agent on the sale of my house and all the viewings took place on an open day. I received 4 offers after the open day and accepted the one which I felt was the most keen and in the best position to proceed. My sale was looked after by Paul Davis who was helpful, efficient and professional and helped to move things along smoothly to completion. Thank you Paul and also to Liam and anyone else in the team who assisted. I am happy with the service I received from the Personal and would use them again in the future.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.<br><br>Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout.<br><br>The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed.<br><br>Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution.<br><br>The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge.<br><br>This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves.<br><br>After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Annabell was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish, and I’m very grateful for her help in making everything go so smoothly.<br><br>The whole process went really well, and we were able to secure the property around dates that worked comfortably for us. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called, and the regular updates throughout the process were a real plus. It was reassuring to always know where we stood at each stage.<br><br>I especially appreciated the personalised service. Even when I spoke to different members of the<br>team, I always received a helpful and personalised response, and everyone was happy to assist with my queries.<br><br>A big thank you to Annabell and the whole Foxtons team for making the letting process so smooth and stress-free.
