From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. They are very prepared and very knowledgable on the properties they are marketing (Viv, who is excellent). Also they really do know their market and local area. Have a lot of confidence that Hellards will find the house of our dreams!
