9th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Very pleasant to deal with and react to enquiries, largely dealt with Amira who was very helpful, other members of the team were quick to step in and show me around the property when I wanted to double check or measure etc. All around a great experience with the Battle office and auxiliary team members. ^^

17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have recently bought a flat in Bexhill through New Foundations . I have mainly dealt with William. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.
3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We bought our house in 2021 through Nicola Bowler at Foresters and her attention and support was excellent at that time. When our circumstances changed in April 2026 and we were selling the house it was a "no brainer" who we would ask to act for us in the sale . Yet again Nicola and all her team were amazing, and she very quickly achieved a sale for us. She guided the whole process very carefully, and when the property we were proposing to buy hit complications, she and Toby very quickly arranged a rental property for us so that our sale could complete. We would give 6 Gold Stars if we could!
