William is an Angel! As first time buyers, we didn’t have a lot of knowledge on the buying process and I don’t think we could’ve done it without William. I honestly don’t think I could of survived this sale process without the help from Will. He has been absolutely fantastic with assisting me through the process. As a first time buyer I went into this without any knowledge and he has been there to support me and answer everything I have needed.

Purchased a bungalow with New Foundations recently, it was a longer process then expected due to issues along the way. They kept up a very good level of communication keeping me fully informed of positive updates as well as a few obstacles and did this in a personable way. they are all really nice guys to deal with however I mostly dealt with Daryl. Whilst New Foundations themselves we're great, I'd like to pick out Daryl and Sam in particular for their support and help with our purchase and sale. Unlike a lot of companies, Daryls support was excellent during our purchase and sale; ensuring all parties we're updated and aware of the chains position. A genuinely nice guy and not awkward or difficult to talk to. I'd also like to personally say thanks to Sam who is one of the teams salesmen who showed us around our new home. He was so optimistic about the house and gave great advice and help. He was always willing to help and is a credit to the New Foundations team. I'd definitely recommend New Foundations and strongly advise using a local estate agent for your sale for that personal touch.

Many thanks to Sam at New Foundations who was agent for our recent purchase of a flat in Bexhill. Sam was very professional, diligent and communicative and was of value in pushing along the process, liaising with the seller, and keeping us informed of progress (or lack of). Estate agents often get bad press, but on this occasion I was impressed with the service provided and have no hesitation in recommending New Foundations. It's just a pity that other parties in the whole conveyancing process are less effective.

We were very happy with the service provided by New Foundations when selling our bungalow in Bexhill.They are a small,independant estate agent unlike others in the town but they do really have the personal touch and a thorough knowledge of the local area.From the first time we made contact about selling it, Darryl and Sam were a pleasure to communicate with.The bungalow was valued correctly and we were satisfied with the number of people who viewed it over the following weeks.Each offer was relayed to us immediately and all negotiations were handled well.Ours was a remote sale with 3 owners to communicate with but this did not cause any problems for the team at New Foundations. The outcome is that we have sold in a few months for the best price we could have hoped for.Can recommend them fully.
