About New Foundations - Bexhill On Sea

Daryl and Nick own and manage New Foundations together.
They have now worked together for 27 years so you could say we know each other pretty well! In that time we have worked for a large corporate agency and then were involved in setting up a successful independent agency in the local area, which we spent the next 10 years helping to improve. Then in 2012 we decided to open New Foundations with the aim of using our experience to develop a business for the 21st century but with the values of a traditional estate agent. Our ethos from the start was service-integrity-local knowledge.
