The team did an excellent job finding us a buyer after our first sale fell through and handled the offer negotiation with professionalism and speed. The sales progression was a little hampered by a poor service from the buyers solicitors but we got there in the end. Well done the team at Roberts and Co.

Their way of marketing really impressed us and definitely helped to our property selling quick<br>Thank you everyone at moving works for all your hard work you really did make our moving and selling experience an enjoyable one and we are so happy in our new home
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.
