15th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Wasted 4 months. Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date. Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k. Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point. Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted. Was supposed to be a stress free process as I had explained to them I had health problems including mental health. Was anything else but.
13th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)When Pattinsons offered to sell our property they offered a price match for their fees and failed/refused to provide a valuation. They have not actively tried to sell the property and have forced auction conditions on us and are planning to charge us considerably more than the price match promised.

26th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Excellent service from start to finish. Good advice re asking price to set, honest appraisal of prospective buyers. Lots of support during the preparation for marketing, leveraging their trade contacts to get things done quickly. Clear advice of options during the price and subsequent negotiations. Staff always friendly, very prompt responses to queries, good handover between staff so that people always knew what they were talking about. A really great experience.
16th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I can’t thank Fresh Property Centre enough, especially Grace, for the incredible help and support she gave me! I called and explained that my elderly dad was being evicted because his landlord had decided to sell the property after he had lived there for 15 years. It was a really stressful and upsetting situation, but Grace immediately stepped in and helped us find a suitable property for him. She truly went above and beyond, guiding us through everything and making sure we had all the paperwork and details sorted so that my dad could secure the property. Without her kindness and dedication, he may not have had somewhere to live. We are so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend Fresh Property Centre more highly.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.

They are professional, friendly, proactive, approachable, responsive and communicate well. Nothing seems any trouble to them. They are exemplary and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
29th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I was a tenant via this letting agency for 18 months, while waiting to buy a new home, and had a series of negative experiences. 1) The home I rented was in poor condition throughout. 2) The garden was overgrown and it was my responsibility to address upon moving in. 3) When I raised an issue with poor ventilation leading to mould in the bathroom, I was asked if I could just 'live with it' (despite pointing out I had two young children). 4) A leaking roof took 2 months to repair. 5) A dryer took 2 months to replace. 6) It would take weeks for Dobson's to reply to e-mails, yet harassing e-mails for rent would be received several days before it was due (despite the fact my direct debit was always scheduled for the same time every single month) 7) When I attempted to serve notice at the end of my tenancy, an attempt was made to 'haggle' me into staying longer. 8) Following moving out, the estate agent retains £1230 of my deposit and has failed to even reply to requests for its return. Overall, I would strongly avoid using Dobson's.
18th May 2023 (2 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.
27th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)All the staff at RMS Ryton were brilliant. There was no jargin just a friendly and professional approach to everything. They were very responsive and happy to help with anything. I would definitely recommend using them as your estate agents!

4th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I am a landlord in Newcastle and I recently came across Newcastle lettings who I took on to gain new tenants at one of my properties. The service I gained has been second to none and the girls in the office have been the real deal for me. From now onwards I will exclusively deal with Newcastle lettings for any letting issue.

Rachel and Victoria from the team were so helpful, I dont think I would have got to the end of the sale without their support. The whole team stayed in regular contact with me and after a terrible experience with the solicitor, who I never spoke to once, Rachel and her team became my main source of information and communication. Id thoroughly recommend their service, and how amazing the staff acted throught the process of the sale. Thank you
13th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I used progression property to recently sell my house, and even with a few bumps in the road the entire team were absolutely spot on throughout, giving constant feedback and reassurance letting me no what was happening as it was happening, everything was laid on for me by them, so I didn’t have to hunt around for anything, couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

12th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Selling my late mother’s property was a completely new experience for me, and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. I was recommended to contact Jill Dinsdale at Dinsdale Residential to discuss the process of selling etc. She arranged to meet me onsite to from then I felt at ease. No rush, not hard sales, just honesty. From the very beginning, Jill provided 100% five-star customer service. Even if I contacted her after 5pm, she would still reply. Whenever I had questions, she responded promptly and explained everything clearly. She was brilliant keeping in touch with the solicitors on both parties. When completing she made the buyers feel at ease, meeting them onsite, she was absolutely brilliant. I truly appreciated her support during what could have been a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Jill (Dinsdale Residential), whether you’re selling, buying or letting. And I will definitely be back in future. Thanks again Jill, I am so grateful for your help and guidance :)

Charlotte was very chatty, friendly and professional and was accurate with her valuation and we had an offer very quickly. The What’s App kept us informed of the process and we were very impressed with Louise in sales progression. She kept in touch regularly and was so supportive and proactive. We were impressed all round with Brunton and would definitely recommend.

22nd Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We sold and bought a house with Brunton Residential. Their marketing of the property was brilliant and we had a lot of interest and sold quickly. Although the chain was extremely long and the process took 6 months, we had a dedicated agent that was able to give us daily updates. Ashleigh was brilliant throughout and helped to address concerns and worries during the process. I’d highly recommend this particular estate agents for selling and purchasing.
