They recommended an asking price that was higher than our expectation, and were prompt in finding a buyer within a short time scale. Their fee for their services was both reasonable and the most competitive. We were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and their promptness in answering all our queries. We highly recommend Reeds Rains to any prospective seller.
21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)If possible, I would not even award them 1 star. Absolutely horrendous service when requesting information or updates about the sale of our late parents home. Numerous failed call returns, no response to emails, rude comments towards my grieving sister when they thought the phone call had ended, obnoxious attitude to our solicitor in the last days of the process when requesting costings for their "services". It is troubling to have to pay them a lot of money for very little in return!

Although our chain didn’t work out as we would have liked, Noel went above and beyond to offer calm, honest, and expert advice and to keep things moving forward. Despite not being our estate agent, Danielle was excellent at ensuring I was updated, answering any questions I had, and keeping the whole process moving. Danielle always responded promptly, was extremely polite, professional and friendly, and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend Danielle at Brunton Residential for anyone who wants to buy/sell a property.
