Not even worth the one stat I have to give. After having to email three times asking them to leave me alone as I had found a property, got an obnoxious reply from them telling me that the person spamming he 'hadn't bothered to check their emails' therefore I should have expected the onslaught. Three emails and one voicemail in one day when I've asked you to stop three times isn't acceptable and is also illegal!
Don't use these guys, they'll never leave you alone. Use Greene & Co instead.

I was shown a 1 bed flat I really liked because of the price and location. The next day I put down an offer for the property. The lady never bothered to reply. I have emailed her,sent her emails, left voicemails etc. however she is never in the office and one of her colleagues is "investigating" what happened...
Very poor communication as they kept me hanging.
Preston and Bennett provided excellent customer service through the whole process from start to finish and if it was not for Daniel Harris our sale or purchase would not have happened. Although it was a long process, Daniel and the team made sure things happened. Thanks again from the Lad family!
This review is about an employee called Anita -who is essentially a walking lawsuit for Preston Bennett and Shanly Homes.
My family and I visited Elder Place in Bushey to view a home there. My parents invest in a lot of property and they wanted to get my second opinion on this one. Unfortunately, Anita was on duty. And there it began.
Anita got angry at us for daring to walk outside the hallway (she had locked the door to the show home itself as she was showing a couple of white men around. Ahem.)
When she finally let us Indians in, she looked us up and down and refused to tell us anything about the apartment. Then she asked my autistic brother "what was wrong with him". When we asked her a question, she told us she was busy tending to said white pair.
When we questioned her attitude towards us, she told us that "she had witnesses" (the white men), whom she had "a very good relationship with" (we know - the door was locked ????). Then, when I told her I would complain to HQ (you know, for the racial profiling and the disability discrimination), she ran after us, out of the door. By this point she's crapping herself and her voice is flagging - she knows she has screwed up.
When I asked her if she was *really* running after customers, she just stared at me. Check Preston's twitter page for the photos of her doing so.
I've never felt this discrimated against in my life. Especially in an area which is full of Asians. Weirdly, PB are in Stanmore which is mostly Asian/Jewish, but maybe she just doesn't understand her demographic.
Essentially - Shanly Homes lost some business today, as they chose the wrong estate agent.

It is fitting that we should place on record our appreciation of all the work that Mark has put into achieving the successful sale of our 3 bed semi in Kenton. We have been greatly impressed by Mark's ability to pull in high quality buyers at very short notice (less than a week) and the energy with which he conducted the viewings. His enthusiasm is truly infectious.

Very unprofessional and unethical company. No consideration for customers. Felt like they are only interested in making any commission even if its very low. Pushing customers around and lowering the price without telling or asking permission. Not taking responsibility for their actions, rude and arrogant.
