27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)I was worried and stressed about moving, I needn’t have been! I highly recommend Joseph Scott! Right from the beginning when Lincoln visited, my mind was at rest. I didn’t even think about contacting another estate agent. Romario then visited to sell my house, what an absolute pleasure! Romario kept us updated every step of the way, his calm and reassuring manner is just what I needed! Romario went the extra mile, he looked after our cats during the viewings, giving them treats and sending us videos of them! To be honest it felt like a member of our family sold our house! Thank you so much for your professionalism and support throughout, we couldn’t of done this so smoothly without you!

Unfortunately, the tenant did not pay rent over the past two years, which caused me a terrible experience, suffering, and financial losses. However, I was very fortunate to receive continuous great help from Kayleigh Weston, Benham's property manager. Kayleigh is very kind and responsible, always providing useful professional advice and helpful feedback to my problems promptly and patiently. She continued to help me enthusiastically with the refurbishment works after the repossession of my property. Her great assistance in solving my problems is much appreciated. Many thanks to Kayleigh.
27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)Finding a place to rent was so stressful and at times frustrating until I met Aman at KFH Ealing. Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

From initial consultation with Hussain to concluding the transaction they exceeded expectations. They are knowledgable about the local market and offer an honest and realistic appraisal. They are courteous and organised in managing the bookings too, with dedicated WhatsApp groups and regular updates. Couldn’t recommend more. Nice one, Pio ????
22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Worst estate agent in wembley. I had my viewing book for property and on day agent show up with no key for home, I let that slide. Upon speaking to him, he ensures, that we have been booked for next day with same time. However, on the day of viewing, agent won't even show up. After speaking to the agency, we came know that we never booked for the day and we have to book viewing again. Complete waste of time on two consecutive days, Won't recommend at all.

I worked with the company back in 2019 - 2021 and left due to poor management. Staff were treated so unprofessionally and it started to affect my mental health. Recently the two owners parted ways and they reached out to me again and asked if i wanted to work with them again. They promised me things have changed and the way they work is much better. I clearly did not last long there, considering that i am leaving this review 3 months after rejoining. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and insights. From the moment I rejoined the company, I noticed a concerning lack of transparency and ethical practices. The management seemed more focused on making quick profits rather than providing quality service to clients. One of the most alarming aspects of this estate agency was their consistent disregard for laws and regulations. They would often cut corners and bend rules to maximize their own gains, leaving clients vulnerable and uninformed. The lack of proper documentation, misleading advertising, and hidden fees were all common occurrences. Furthermore, there was a prevailing culture of dishonesty within the company. Agents were encouraged to use high-pressure tactics and misleading information to secure sales, often at the expense of the clients' best interests. This not only tarnished the reputation of the agency but also created an unhealthy and toxic work environment. Another concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Many of my colleagues lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, which resulted in poor customer service and inadequate advice. Moreover, when faced with complaints or issues, the management would often dismiss or ignore them, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, my time at this dodgy estate agency was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of integrity, transparency, and professionalism made it impossible for me to continue working there. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative options.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Hunters West Hampstead Estate Agency. The agent failed to show up for a scheduled viewing, leaving me waiting for over half an hour. Despite calling their office twice to check on the agent’s whereabouts, there was no punctuality or communication from their side. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Honestly, as a tenant in London I have had such horrible experiences with the big name estate agents that I had come to the resigned acceptance that all estate agents were of a similar ilk. However, I cannot stress enough how different of an experience Empire Chase provides. In letting our property Empire Chase has provided a bespoke service with a degree of contact and follow-through that I had believed to be impossible to see. Their service has been impeccable and their rates very competitive - suffice it to say that I am truly glad we were recommended their services.

This has got to be the most inept real estate service in all of Central London! I spent over half an hour standing at the property, completely ignored, with no one even bothering to open the door. The agent was nowhere to be seen—no guidance, no support, nothing for a potential tenant eager to view the property. What a colossal waste of time! And then, when all is said and done, all I got was a feeble "I do apologize." Seriously? Your apology is worthless at this point. A word of advice to anyone looking in London: steer clear of Jack Barclay Estates unless you want your time utterly wasted by the "best" renting company. Utterly disgraceful!

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.
