7th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful, and you always feel like you’re speaking to someone who actually cares rather than just being another customer.<br><br>Communication has been great throughout, with questions answered quickly and everything explained clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with a local company that offers such a personal service
29th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Rook Matthews Sayer (Jesmond) have managed my property for the last 17 years, including around 15 years as a rental property and the last 2 years while it was on the market for sale. Throughout the rental period they were generally reliable and easy to deal with. Whenever maintenance issues arose, they would contact me promptly and arrange local contractors to carry out the work at reasonable cost. Over a long period of ownership, there were no major problems and I felt the property was looked after well. During the sales process there were a few challenges, including a complicated issue involving a neighbouring property which resulted in the power being disconnected to the building. Although this took some time to resolve, RMS were able to provide the information I needed and the sale was ultimately completed successfully. Communication was mainly via email rather than phone calls, but I found the team responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Managing a property from a distance can be difficult, so I appreciated having an agent who could deal with issues on my behalf over many years. Overall, I would like to thank the team at RMS Jesmond for their support over the last 17 years and wish them all the best for the future.

We live in York, so selling my uncle's house in Newcastle could have been a nightmare but the staff at Hive made it a breeze. They kept us informed every step of the way, set up a WhatsApp chat group so that we were all on the same page, they were simply fab and we can't thank you all enough.
