5th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Where do I even start with Eddy, Chris and George These guys have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They sold our house TWICE! The first buyers pulled out after 10weeks of being sold because they decided they wanted the house for a lot less, which could have completely derailed our plans and potentially cost us our dream home. But Eddy and the team didn’t mess about — they got straight back on it, gave us loads of advice, kept us positive and managed to get our house sold again incredibly quickly. What impressed me even more was that they didn’t just care about selling our house and taking their fee. They genuinely cared about getting our whole move over the line. They gave us loads of advice and help with the house we were buying too, even though it was being sold through another estate agent! That says everything about the sort of people they are. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Always there when we needed advice, always straight with us, and they went above and beyond when we really needed them to. If you want an estate agent who actually cares, knows what they’re doing and will fight your corner, look no further. Eddy, Chris and George — you’ve been absolutely brilliant. Thank you for helping us get our house sold and into our dream home! If I ever sell a house again, I already know exactly who I’m calling. Fox and sons 10/10 ???????????? — although I’m hoping I won’t need you again for a long time! Second to none. Absolutely top class ????????????

7th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We haven’t bought a house YET from Crane&Co. However, despite the beautiful house we were shown, Dan was an amazing host. He answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed as if it was his own home, welcoming guests into and even answered questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask. 10/10 customer service

He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of his hard work and for finding a buyer who we know will love the property as much as we did. We would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to buy or sell.
