He answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed as if it was his own home, welcoming guests into and even answered questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask. 10/10 customer service

He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process.
