They we’re professional, efficient and encouraging. Their warm friendly and positive approach made the whole process much easier. Would highly recommend them.

18th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Awful customer service, I called into branch to make an enquiry about a property. The woman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and generally left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say I would rather purchase with a different estate agent.- 4th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Excellent service from Nick and his team, particularly Tiph and Diane. 2nd Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

They generated lots of interest in our property and did some of the viewings (having familiarised themselves v well with the property) if needed or if we preferred. We just need to get through the last phase smoothly and we will be very happy ‘bunnies’, thank you.

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

15th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)***Observe the reply , difficult to contest facts I guess ???? heavy focus on sellers with no thought for buyers hence the lack of any meaningful content in the reply . If you are a buyer steer clear *** Where to start ? I’ll keep it brief . Viewed a property , offered guide price. No mention of another buyer offering at the time, unlike most vendors who provide a response in a short amount of time the seller provided no response until two days later . Given my position I had executed on viewing more properties, I was called by Rebecca who was quite unprofessional and short on the phone regarding this, almost expecting to me to fully commit despite not hearing back . Outstanding ! The excuse given was that she was waiting for Minors and Brady to respond regarding solicitors but this was already outlined that they were proceeding and arranging . An hour later I accepted, this was early afternoon mind you . After getting excited and beginning to contact solicitors , mortgage advisor and my estate agent I receive a ……. Wait for it !!!! An email , not a phone call out of courtesy an email . A poor one at best with one line at 8 in the evening. Fantastic ! What a fabulously communicated message . The offer accepted was less than myself however they were first time buyers . My buyers were chain free/cash buyers but let’s not dwell too much on the reasoning but the execution . I followed up with email outlining my disappointment asking for why they deliberated only to accept then pull out . I received no feedback so instead I’ll leave this review and share this with others . Unfortunately this estate agent didn’t have a grip of her client , clearly an unpredictable individual only exacerbated by the poor delivery from the estate agent . Stay clear !
13th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)We instructed Ian to market our property after meeting him during our son’s flat buying process. We appreciated Ian’s no nonsense approach and opinions and felt that he was openly honest offering comprehensive information. He was very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble. After a lengthy meeting and survey of our property Ian was eager to market our house and happy to discuss a suitable price. He was keen to get viewers through the door so advised against the highest price recommending instead “offers over” to encourage negotiations. Not sure whether we could have achieved a better sale price but what we do know is our property was marketed beautifully with detailed information and professional photos which showed it at its best. We were inundated with offers and sold within a few days. Ian was thorough in his background searches of potential buyers’ positions and helpful in advising us which buyer was best suited for us to reach a fast, complication free conveyance to help achieve our ultimate goal. We would 100% recommend Ian and his team they are professional, attentive, honest and reliable. There is absolutely no bullsh** you will only be given honest advice and you will definitely not have the “typical estate agent” experience. I can honestly say from start to finish (apart from nearly having a breakdown at the decision to sell our beautiful home ????????) the whole process has been easy and stress free ! Thanks Ian and team ????
