Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

He has been professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. I really appreciate his communication and support so far and would definitely recommend Harry to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent.
3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I was selling my property through Bycroft. They took really good care of me from start to end. Kurt came to value & organise photos then Michele took the reins to support me through what became a fairly protracted and traumatic process due to the behaviour of my buyers. Michele’s ongoing care during this whole debacle was wonderful (supported by Tia when Michele was off). I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication I was shown and Michele’s partnership with my solicitor alingside her persistence and perseverance helped ensure the sale moved forward, even when it looked bleak. I was given very personal support and am deeply appreciative as this was a difficult time for me; I don't think we would have reached the end of the road otherwise. Thank you so much!
10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

The whole team were brilliant however in particular James who assisted with selling our property ensured this was dealt with as quickly and stress free as possible and with the least inconvenience to us whilst arranging viewings. Jade who supported after an offer had been accepted until completion was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this company.- 12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I highly recommend Minors and Brady. From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.

From the start of the selling process the communication, knowledge and advice given by them was excellent. From my personal point of view the fact that my fees on a one bed flat are the same as a 4 or 5 bed large detached home seemed a little hard to take but they have, fingers crossed got the job done ??????

Superb service all round by all members of the team- 14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Alex and would definitely recommend him.<br><br>We had already fallen in love with a property and were prepared to offer £290,000. Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay!<br><br>What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage. He was honest, approachable and always happy to explain things or give advice when we needed it.<br><br>We are now getting close to exchange and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. We will definitely recommend Alex to our friends and to anyone in the Downham Market area looking for mortgage advice.<br><br>Thanks again Alex for all your help
