31st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with Leaders Lettings. I was in process of application for a property in Norwich for which I was selected and I promptly paid the Holding deposit. However, due to the existing tenants circumstances I was told the let would be off and I’d be refunded my money back within 7 business days. As of today (10 business days) later as well I haven’t received the amount. I had multiple calls to the agency and emails to the senior manager and still I haven’t got my money refunded. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from a leading letting agency like Leaders hence I am giving 1 star- 1st Oct 2024 (21 days ago)Been dealing with Tom Smith and what a legend he is. Not only do Tom have the best Tash in Yarmouth, Tom has been extremely helpful with me purchasing my next property. Top lad, thanks

30th Sep 2024 (22 days ago)We didn’t use Iconic to sell but if we decide to move in the future they will be top of our list. We purchased a property from them and can honestly say they were faultless. We had most of our dealings with Julie and she was absolutely brilliant, communication was first class all the way through whether that be for updates or chasing solicitor's! Even with hiccups in the chain she was there to support in dealings with solicitor's. 1st Oct 2024 (21 days ago)Overall the agents and especially Hayley were very good. We were told that we would have an allocated person to speak to from the beginning, which didn't really happen until we were closer to selling. This was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker. And the number of different telephone numbers we were contacted from was confusing, we never seemed to get the right one to return a missed call! We are obviously pleased with the end result and would (have already) recommended the Norfolk Agent to family and friends
18th Oct 2024 (4 days ago)Over valued the house by £50k and had to change agents in end. No communication unless we contacted them. They got us one viewing in 3 months. Not impressed I'm afraid for a turnkey house! Promised the world with no result.

We thought there might be some hassle and bumps along the way but she pulled out all the stops and did a great job. All the way through the process she kept us informed and was very professional throughout the whole experience more importantly my kids are so happy. Thanks Jess keep up the amazing work
26th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)We chose Minors and Brady after the valuer did a good talk, which we unfortunately fell for! When the valuer suggested we market our property at between £410,000 to £425,000, which we thought was over priced and told him why. As we wanted a quickish sale we suggested that it be marketed for overs in excess of £395,000, the valuer said they would have no problems selling at this price. He said they had their own staff who would do the viewings and someone would be in contact with us to pop round and see the property so they knew what they were selling. We made it quite clear that we only wanted viewings from purchasers who were on the market after having time wasters last time we sold our property, even someone making a viewing appointment as they wanted to see our kitchen island! We said that we were going away for 3 weeks and did not want the house on the market whilst we were away so we would only be signing up with them for 8 weeks. As the valuer had told us they would have no problem selling at our suggested price then 8 weeks wouldn’t be a problem. We noticed a few days later that instead of signing us up for 8 weeks, as agreed, he had signed us up for 20 weeks, which he didn’t tell us about. However after contacting Minors and Brady they were happy to drop this to two months, as agreed before we signed up. I had plenty of updates from GetAgent but didn’t hear anything from Minors and Brady for the first few weeks. When I rang their office regarding the contract tie in date, I was told how many clicks etc our property had received and he would email the information over, which I never received. Four weeks later we had no one contact us about arranging to come round and see the property so they could see what they were selling, as we were told would happen and still not had one viewing. We had a call from the agents suggesting we drop to offers in between £375,000 and £400,000; so the price had been dropped by £50,000 from their initial suggested valuation in a month despite the valuer saying they would have no problems selling our property at the suggested price! After 5 weeks we received a call to arrange a viewing, I asked what the purchasers situation was, and he asked what I meant, when he was fully aware of what I meant. I said what is the purchasers status. I could tell I was just about to be fed a load of lies by his stuttering. He said let me get his information up on the system. After waiting, he told me where the purchaser lived and said he was on the market. I said I couldn’t do the day he suggested due to furniture being delivered but could do any other day, but pointed out as he hadn’t sold there was no rush. He said that there was a rush as the purchaser was having lots of viewings and lots of viewings booked in so it looks like he will sell over the next few days. I arranged a date a couple of days later. He also asked if I was happy to do the viewing, despite being told initially that they had dedicated staff to carry out the viewings, but as I was keen to have a viewing I agreed to do it. I was very dubious about the information I had been led to believe so checked the details on Rightmove to discover that there was not any properties for sale on the road he had given me. I emailed the manager, who I had to chase for a response, who confirmed that I had been lied to, as I suspected, the purchaser didn’t have his property on the market so he didn’t have a lot of viewings booked in, which is probably why Minors and Brady staff didn’t want to waste their time travelling to me to carry out the viewing but was quite happy for me to waste my time to carry out the valuation. Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Minors and Brady. What was promised has never materialised and having a member of staff quite blatantly lie to us is totally unacceptable. Even after bringing this to the managers attention I have received no response, so he obviously thinks it is acceptable for members of his staff to lie! Under the circumstances I would not recommend Minor's and Brady

Big thank you to Scott for accommodating a weekend appt to get my house on the market and securing me my forever home and to Braydn for getting me viewings so quickly and negotiating the sale which wasn't straight forward. Big thank you also to Louise who chased my buyers solicitors continuously as they were very slow and kept me sane. She was a force to be reckoned with! Couldn’t of done it without all of your help and will definitely recommend you all to any one looking to move. Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you
24th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)Market was a bit stagnant when we listed. Price was initially too high although all but 1 quotes were the same. We did have to drop the price more than once & eventually sold, ironically at the price that the odd 1 said! Happy with service. If we asked then to do anything different they did. Loved the AI photos they did which showed the potential when there initially wasn't much interest.

I wouldn't use anyone else, Molyneux estate agents are a lovely family to deal with and always go the extra mile to help.
11th Oct 2024 (11 days ago)I have had a really positive experience with Minors and Brady, from a valuation from Liam, to discussions with Matthew and excellent customer service from Connie through dealing with the buyers. I thoroughly recommend using Minors and Brady. What I particularly like is their fast response to questions regarding the sale to emails and follow ups via the telephone. Having dealt with many agents in Norwich, Minors are without doubt the best I have come across.
