31st Oct 2025 (16 days ago)I've had to most unnecessarily difficult time trying to figure out what it took to get moved into housing, thankfully the incredible team from William H Brown were able to help sort things out for my wife and I. Daniel Juniper specifically was our agent and thank the good lord he was able to help us out, couldn't recommend a person more.- 3rd Nov 2025 (13 days ago)These guys saved the day at the 11th hour, in terms of finding a buyer and my onward purchase. I found the whole team to be proactive with regards to updates throughout the experience and felt I could trust them to work on my behalf.

Nick who valued our house and guided us initially, Jack who answered many queries in the office and of course Michele who worked as a sales progressor were all top when it came to customer service, knowledge and professionalism. The sales progression was really key and I strongly believe we would not have survived the process without Michele's diligence, so would definitely look to these guys first if ever move house again.- 5th Nov 2025 (11 days ago)We really appreciated the friendly professionalism exhibited by Curtis and Ben and their William H Brown team, with the incredibly smooth handling of our move into our new rented property. 7th Oct 2025 (6 weeks ago)House didn't sell, off the market while swapping agents. The service we were provided was very basic. Photos didn't show the property in the best light and not marketed to it's full potential. Communication was poor.
28th Oct 2025 (19 days ago)Russen and Turner were very professional from the start. The property was valued and marketed at the correct level facilitating immediate offers. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and communication within the team was good. Phone calls and emails were responded to quickly. I was selling my late mum's house which was also where I grew up. Russen and Turner made the process easier by handling all viewings and offering advice along the way. This made a huge difference at a difficult time. I received a personal recommendation and I too would not hesitate to recommend this company.
5th Nov 2025 (11 days ago)I have recently sold and purchased a new house via Winkworth in Poringland. They were totally professional and friendly throughout all the transactions. Always available to answer any questions. Shout out to Jade who never lost her cool at all in dealing with my Solicitor!!! I have read a quote from Winkworth saying 'we pride ourselves on providing top-notch assistance in buying and selling' They certainly do. I totally recommend using them to sell your house.- 5th Nov 2025 (11 days ago)Callum L at Minors & Brady was a huge help with the sale of our property and negotiating the purchase of our new home. He worked really hard to get the outcomes we wanted and made a large part of the process much less stressful than I anticipated. I am really grateful for his effort and would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

4th Nov 2025 (12 days ago)Last year we used Gilson & Bailey to sell our property and they were acting for our vendor too which helped enormouslyduring negotiations. They were efficient, friendly and very professional throughout. Valuations were realistic and our property was beautifully presented, after only a week we had a buyer. Louise kept us up to date with everything and got us thru some tricky moments! When my mum needed to sell her bungalow early this year, to come live with us we didn't hesitate to engage G&B again, even though the property was in Lowestoft. They dealt will all the viewings and again we were kept informed all along the process. Hopefully we won't be needing their services for quite a while ???? but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and the whole team.

25th Oct 2025 (22 days ago)The staff at Minors & Brady from the evaluation, office staff to the progress of the sale so far have been helpful and supportive. Tristan who viewed the oroperty was more appreciative of the state of the bungalow and how it could be modernised which was a vast contrast to others from other agencies. Some were disparaging and disrespectful of the property. Anyone viewing a property whether as an agent gauging its sale price or a house hunter viewing with the possibility of making an offer should treat a property with respect regardless of differences in tastes. It is or has been someone’s home and with that in mind people should suppress their own opinions and find ways to express a comment about the property which is neutral and respectful to the owner.

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
14th Nov 2025 (2 days ago)I received excellent support from Mr Logan. He remembered my preferences and kept me updated on any listings that suited me. I must admit I’m quite a demanding tenant, but he still went out of his way to liaise with landlords on my behalf. He is patient, understanding and genuinely helpful — definitely an asset to Leaders and to its clients.
