The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. 20th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. Sterling went above and beyond for us to close a sale on our last property in a tough market. Throughout the process Sterling was pro-active in keeping us updated, even communicating directly with our conveyancer to speed things along, and we felt he really fought our corner during those last couple of weeks of buyer inquiries when the sale could either go through or fall through.<br>I would highly recommend Stirling the rest of the team at James Hayward including Dee, Julian and Lisa.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim
