I engaged David Lovett of Duncan Perry Estate Agents earlier in the year just before Covid-19 struck hard. I invited three reputable, local agents to tender for the sale, selecting David because he coupled a business approach with a friendly, engaging personality. I felt that we would get on well and we did.
Initial viewings were quickly arranged and David found a very interested buyer before lockdown. David remained in close touch over the time when nothing could happen, secured our purchaser when 'normality' was resumed and completion is tomorrow, Monday 24th August!
From my rewarding experience, I have no hesitation in recommending David at Duncan Perry to those considering selling their property in the Potters Bar area. A job very well done on my behalf - thanks!

Disgraceful customer service small shop mentality. I recently arranged a viewing and due to work commitments I had to cancel.
I emailed the individual I was dealing with 3 hours prior to the viewing and also emailed their enquiries email address which you'd assume would be monitor. I then receive a call from a Duncan perry employee asking if I'd be attending. After informing him I emailed them three hours in advance, he then told me with great attitude "I should have called" and then put the phone down on me mid conversation.
Also when arranging the booking I was already registered with Duncan Perry, after asking a lady from their team to email me confirmation. She asked me for my email address as it is rather long I asked if she had it on file(knowing she has it) she then replied "do you not know your own email address?". In future I would avoid dealing with Duncan Perry employees have an incredibly unprofessional attitude and it's clear they are still working in the Stone Age!
Start using email and get their fundamental customer services right and maybe I'll consider using them again!
