From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, especially in accommodating us with our newborn, and did everything possible to help us secure our beautiful home, including arranging numerous viewings to suit our circumstances and advocating for us on stamp duty relief. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end! 24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Vanessa McCallum are experts in the local market. They will give you a realistic valuation, rather than wasting your time making over-inflated promises on value. I decided to sell with them for this reason, and also because they did not immediately start trying to sell me financial products, which I always find off-putting. Vanessa McCallum Estates obviously care very much about the community they serve, and they worked hard to find a lovely family to buy my property. A friendly and professional service throughout. I wish the team every success as they totally deserve it.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

One more college i would like to thank to is Victoria Faulkner she was amazing in more then words can describe!! I would recommend target to any family or anyone that is looking for a house or a property they are the most amazing staff i have worked with I am truly great full for these two amazing people Thank you again to Victoria Faulkner & Kai Davies the best service i have ever got from a letting agency

It was long & tedious, to say the least, but the team always kept us going, even when we felt that everything was in danger of falling apart. Special shout out to Elliot, for all his much-appreciated updates; these genuinely kept us afloat for months on end. The congratulatory hamper we received from the company upon completion, was the absolute icing on the cake!
