It was a unique purchase that required a change of use application. His support enabled us to complete the purchase within three weeks of our first viewing and offer.

He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process of buying a property smooth. He was very supportive and for a first time buyer it was very welcomed. We didn’t have that option with the agent we were buying through and it was a real advantage with Paul Wallace. We’re unlikely to move again, but if we did, would have no hesitation in contacting Peter.

Nic took the time to ask questions and understand what kind of property we were looking for at the start of our search, and because she had taken the time to get to get to know us was able to identify and show us a property that ticked every box just as it was coming to market. That house is now our house, and while the process of getting from offer accepted to completion became complex and difficult at times as we lost our initial buyers, we had Claire supporting us and making sure the sale and chain stayed together to complete. We are grateful for their genuine attitudes, friendliness, support and professionalism and that as agents they were kind and patient throughout.

He was quick to answer all our questions and took us through all the changes the landlord was going to carry out. Jason kept the same level of quick, clear communication during the application process, ensuring we were updated and informed every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Something which we really appreciated in the stressful London market
16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

When I couldn't get through to the Winchmore Hill branch, Jamie graciously stepped in and made sure I received seamless service and viewings in Winchmore Hill, even though it wasn't his responsibility. Jamie is the epitome of a proactive and dedicated professional. He was incredibly kind, authentic, and went above and beyond to help us, breaking any negative stereotypes one might have about estate agents. His friendly demeanor and genuine approach made the entire process a joy. Jamie's interaction with our 3-year-old son was especially sweet, showing his warm and personable nature. My husband and I were so impressed with Jamie's service that we wished we could have found our perfect property through Martyn Gerrard. Although we eventually purchased through another agency, the positive experience we had with Jamie and Martyn Gerrard as prospective buyers was exceptional. We would certainly prioritise properties from Martyn Gerrard in the future if they continue providing the great service we have experienced to date.
