I cannot recommend her highly enough for all the effort put in to helping us find our next home. The enthusiasm and expertise is unmatched. Out of all the different agents and offices we dealt with during our recent house hunt, Karen was by far the best! Joe was heavily involved throughout the entire process — even after the house was sold, he continued to ensure the solicitors stayed on top of everything. This is the first time I’ve genuinely felt trust in an estate agency. Joe has been a calming voice, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Truly outstanding work.

30th Nov 2025 (9 days ago)Terrible service, living in few estate which have management company, Ians gibbs provide the most terrible service in my experience I am living in a gated development which is managing by Ian's Gibbs - The gate is not working most of the time, keep charging us repairing fee, but didn't fix the problem propely, just blaming someone keep breaking the gate If that is the case, do you suppose to find out the person and claim against that person? 3 years pass, you are just asking if people would keep paying money to fix it or discommissing the gate? Gated property is what we bought for it, thanks to your "WELL" management, the estate might no longer gated. - Parking issue keep happening in the estate Some people still parking on the road, oh, in the night, no warden will come, people can park on the road without consequence even through the TP1 Form said this is not permitted - Tree growing from school, suppose to cut regularly, not happening and side walk covered by the leaves - Ants issue: When summer is come, Ants issue on the side walk, many ants nest, your replies is "Ants are creatures that naturally occur in external open spaces. There is nothing that we can do about this." I know that ants is naturally occur, but when come to a large amount of Ants near your home, even come into your home, are you not doing anything? Not just few of them, a huge number of them!! Becuz you are not doing anything to keep the environment and let them build their nest here, their even get into my home and I have to buy some ant trap, ant powder to rid of them and try to protect my home.

Special mentions to Nic, Jane and Erica without whose understanding and efforts the sale would never have gone through and we wouldnt be sitting in our dream home now.Once again thank you all.

She was extremely helpful from the very beginning and took the time to explain everything clearly — which makes a huge difference when you’re new to the buying process. Farida gave us all the details we needed about the property, the seller’s situation, and the steps involved, without ever making us feel rushed. She answered every question honestly and provided lots of useful information that helped us understand what to expect next. The whole team was professional, responsive, and kind throughout the process. 13th Nov 2025 (26 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Refusal to repair shower didn’t have a working shower the whole year of the tenancy. Advertised flat with white goods in the flat didn’t come with white goods refused to provide any. Flat was not cleaned and said we would have to clean it ourself instead, only because we refused was it cleaned to the minimum possible. Over the tenancy tried to contact them by phone and email. Emails ignored and phone was always told our representative was not available was told she would call back never received the call. We were messed about at the end of the tenancy not receiving our deposit for 3 months after we left after many false promises of by the end of the week over the 3 months. Not worth the time you will not be happy during ur lease terrible company terrible service terrible experience

From day one, the team has been reliable, responsive, and genuinely supportive. A special mention goes to Gizem, who has been the main agent I’ve dealt with throughout my tenancy. She’s always been easygoing, friendly, and incredibly efficient. On the rare occasions when something needed attention in the flat, the MiHomes team (and Gizem in particular) addressed and resolved everything quickly and professionally. It’s been refreshing to work with an agency that truly takes care of both the property and the tenant. I highly recommend MiHomes to anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-run agency.

I can honestly say, we’ve tried many household named agents on the high-street over past 15 years and none offered the one on one service that Movelli have. Communication for us is absolutely key. This was handled magnificently well, with respect and understanding.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
